TrustpilotAnge has been fantastic
Ange has been fantastic! When selling our home we wanted a local trustworthy and good agent and all the reviews we got for Ange&co were fantastic. From the start they were quick, professional but most importantly they were lovely people. From the photos to viewings, every Ange&co employee was outstanding. a BIG shout out to Ange herself- most owners are corporate and in the background but not her. She was so involved, charismatic, genuine and honest. Her guidance and expertise was second to none and she made the whole experience better. We also purchased through Ange and even then they were fantastic still! We had so much information and through our whole process we got so many updates that we were grateful for. They really went above and beyond! Near the end we found out Ange was merging with Minors and Brady which made us a bit apprehensive as we didn’t pick them for a reason. But knowing Ange would see our purchase and sale though was comforting. It’s sad to see Ange&Co merge. We just hope Minors and Brady really appreciate they have the best in their midst with Ange and appreciate her expertise and personality that draws people in. Overall, a huge massive pink thank you to Ange, and her team. Selling and buying is a headache but you all made the experience so much smoother and personal.

GoogleIt was a positive experience viewing the property. James met me at the property, he was professional and able to answer any questions i had which was refreshing compared to some other agents i have met previously.

GoogleRosie was my aftersales rep and what a rollercoaster we went on...a very turbulent rollercoaster. 7 months from listing to exchange and we finally did it. Rosie was more than empathetic, I felt like she was as invested in the sale as much as I was and I know she also went on a similar journey with our buyers...when we cried, so did she, when we swore, so did she and when we finally got to the finish line at 17:05 on the day of exchange then I'm sure she sighed as much of a relief as I did. Rosie, I'd like to say I'll miss talking to you but I couldnt be happier this journey is finally over. It's been a pleasure having you along for the ride!

GoogleI left a review a couple months back due to lack of communication however deleted it as it got better, however back to square one again. I will give it to them that they got us out of our rental property quickly after we paid a lump of money to them for the fees however we have not lived there for 3 weeks now and had minimal response regarding our deposit and 10 days rent refund we were promised back. Apparently they had to wait 2 weeks for an invoice as the flat was re painted and received it last week and still cannot reply to us. I called last week and asked for some communication as nobody responding to me and I was advised I’ll get a call back but never did. If you want an estate agent you don’t have to chase most days for answers I wouldn’t choose this one! It’s okay on communication when they’re getting money however not when we are owed money, it’s ever so frustrating when we are owed around £1500 back of hardworking money and it being withheld from you!

GoogleRosie Turley from Norwich Minors and Brady has been the absolute best! We’ve been through some pretty stressful times with our sale and she’s been there every step of the way following up buyers, sellers, trades, professionals and solicitors to make it all work out, she’s worked tirelessly to make our move happen, keeping us updated in the process, I think I would have given up and stayed put without her, thank you so much Rosie!

GoogleIf you are in the market of selling your home in the near term please do consider Minors & Brady Estate Agents and Lettings.
Today we had a very tangible near disastrous situation with setting a completion date and near chain collapse for all 5 of us.
The wonder that is Rosie Turley stepped up and went above and beyond to carefully mediate and manage the situation and I’m sure without her it would’ve fallen apart.
Not withstanding the fact the marketing and photography is superb, the after sales experience is very important when selling a home and Rosie offers a 5* service.
Thank you Rosie 🤍⭐️
