TrustpilotCassandra Creake
Cassandra CreakeThis was the easiest sale of a property I have ever had. There was no ongoing chain but even so Cassandra kept us informed of exactly where we were in the process at all times. We were given advance warning of when the buyers wanted to complete and everything ran very smoothly. Buyers were found for the property very quickly. Some companies are not very good at sales progression but Minors and Brady were excellent.

TrustpilotExcellent service to the end
Well what can I say. The experience with Aysegul from Minors and Brady Dereham Office has been like a roller coaster, up and down all the way.She has been our rock, keeping us informed all the time, with a happy disposition but not always good news! But today it has been excellent news and all has gone well.We can't thank Aysegul enough. I will miss our sometimes daily calls or weekly calls with updates. We have laughed and nearly cried at the lack of common sense used at times!Thank you so much, you made the whole experience amazing.Elaine Prewer

I met Leah Barker today who was lovely greeted me with a lovely smile despite running later than planned and keeping her waiting she showed me around the property answering all the questions I was throwing at her and very nearly sold it to me but unfortunately the house wasn’t for me on this occasion but I’m sure she will find the right buyer and hopefully help me find the right house too all the best with selling that house on meadow way Kind regards Ashley

TrustpilotAmazing experience
We are exceptionally pleased with how Ange Henderson and Jessica Kemp have handled the purchase and sale. They have both kept us up to date on the progress. Ange has been exceptional, and have handled any chasing with our sale extremely well. Jessica has been amazing throughout. We would have lost faith if Ange hadn't have kept chasing. Amazing team and would highly recommend.i would also like to thank Dan and Kris for their support at the beginning, with issues we had arise from another company. Thank you Minors And Brady/ Ange & co

A very responsive and efficient company. Appointments made quickly and professionally by the staff taking the enquiry (Kerry?)Elle met us on two days for several viewings and was always prompt, polite, informative and friendly. Queries raised were communicated back to the office and we received call backs and information very quickly from the lady who dealt with them. House hunting is not easy but very impressed with all involved.

GoogleWe cannot thank Rosie in the Norwich office enough for everything she has done for us in the last 5 months. She's been a rock and always available to chat and explain the numerous bumps along the road when we were unsure. She's been a force to be reckoned with when it's come to getting our sale and purchase pushed through for us after we'd been let down on numerous occasions by our solicitor, and the others involved in the chain. I know we wouldn't be packing and looking forward to moving if it wasn't for the time and effort she's put in, she's gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. Thankyou so much!

GoogleIzzy is amazing; she really made us feel comfortable; she even offered us to help going around the properties; very detailed information. We would definitely want to visit more properties if Izzy will be there to show us around. Thank you again. Izzy I hope to see you soon,

GoogleFabulous service by the team especially Rosie who deals with all the hard work sorting out between all the solicitor's and myself. She made every thing very clear. Am so happy that it is now all sorted and looking forward to a bottle of wine.

GoogleYesterday we collected the keys to our first home. We started house hunting in December 2023 and have dealt with several agents in this time. Minors & Brady were by far our favourites. From the first viewing with Ellie, who was professional and friendly to completion with Nagilla who is also very good at her job. We highly recommend Minors & Brady due to their honesty and professionalism. Thank you so much!

GoogleI am so pleased to have the opportunity thank the Minors &Brady team who were all professional friendly and supportive. A special mention to Rosey Turkey who kept us well informed throughout, had a positive attitude and looked after us all the way through the process. I thoroughly recommend Minors & Brady to anyone thinking about moving house. They will be in good hands.

TrustpilotEstate Agents are all the same.
I'll be honest, we did not have a great experience with Minors & Brady (typical estate agents) & I felt like it was down to us to get the house sold. Honestly, it was sold due to rightmove & I was the 1 that showed our buyers around our property. But, Nagilla Santos who was our aftersales progressor was great.Communication is obviously key when it comes to buying & selling properties, so when Nagilla stepped up to take charge once our property was sold for the 2nd time, she done a great job.
