TrustpilotVery professional and supportive…
When the time came to sell our mothers property, Ange Henderson helped us through the whole process. She kept in regular contact with updates, advice and any progress. It was a challenging time as we didn’t live near the property but Ange was very supportive and understanding throughout. A big thank you from us for all your help.

The After Sales Service with Minors and Brady was efficient, timely and conducted with great enthusiasm by Aysegul Capti. Aysegul made sure all parties were informed and kept the process going efficiently so the exchange of contracts ran smoothly.Would certainly recommend dealing with Aysegul.

TrustpilotCan’t fault them
Great service from Dan, Jessica and all of the Minors and Brady team during our recent sale. We’ve found these guys to be much more proactive than other local agents e.g. they actually answer the phone and can be flexible with arranging viewings etc

TrustpilotSale of our property
Firstly, Minors and Brady managed to sell our property in a relatively difficult market where other Agents has failed.Secondly, the after sales service and relationship with Nigella Santos was first class. She kept us fully informed during the period between sale and completion, and pressed all parties to optimise the timescale. We would definitely use M & B again to sell a property and would be very pleased to work with Nigella.

TrustpilotSmooth as glass!
Been a while since i bought a house and needed to use an agent, but Minors and Brady made things smooth as glass! The vendor needed a quick move which worried me at first, but a big shout out to Jessica Kemp who was there at every step, and we completed on time without any issues.Even after completion, and the office had run out of celebration red wine, Jessica stepped up to ensure we got a bottle in the end - amazing!

TrustpilotThank you
I would like to say a huge thank you to Aysegul Capti for her support, constant flow of communication and kindness throughout the process of our house sale and purchase process. It has been far from smooth sailing but my dealings with Aysegul have been nothing but a pleasure. She is professional, efficient and just a lovely human being. If we ever choose to sell in the future I will be asking for her personally.

TrustpilotMinors Were Great Throughout The Process
We have just completed a purchase and sale. Minors and Brady dealt with our purchase and Property Ladder with our sale. The experience we had with these two agents could not have been further apart. It was Cass from Minors who we dealt with throughout the process once offers had been accepted and she was just brilliant! Constantly contacting and updating us, checking we were happy with everything and explaining the next steps. We will definitely look to use Minors again in the future (and will definitely stay away from Property Ladder).

Megan Clarke dealt with my flat purchase, and I'm very grateful for the constant communication between seller, solicitor(s) and myself, weekly update calls and transparency with where the transaction status at each point of the purchase. Very happy to have been assigned Megan, and would highly recommend her moving forward.

GoogleGreat initial communication and fast viewing. I met with Jack Whelan from the Wroxham office this morning and he was great; personable, interested and invested in the property, and had no issues at all with finding answers to questions about the property that he didn't already know. One of the best estate agents I've ever dealt with.

TrustpilotI worked with Ange at Minors & Brady…
I worked with Ange at Minors & Brady when I recently sold a property. It wasn't the easiest property to seel as it was a rental that I had not lived in. There were inspections to do and some minor work to complete so that the buyers could get a mortgage. Ange managed the whole process in a remarkably proficient and patient way. She made sure that stuff got done and kept me on the straight and narrow when I might have given up! On top of all of that, she was always cheerful, encouraging and helpful. You can't really ask for more than that...
