My move took a long time, the estate agents at the Leeds end were fine, the solicitors a bit so-so, and my house buyer’s lenders awkward and bloody-minded. I’ve nothing but praise for Ange and her staff for their help and support in such trying circumstances, and I am very grateful.

Cassandra at Minors and Brady was an absolute gem throughout the process of buying our first home. As total beginners with no clue about how things worked, we were honestly overwhelmed at first. But Cassandra was incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to explain everything clearly and guide us step by step. She was always there to support us, answering every question (even the silly ones!) and making sure we felt comfortable and confident with every decision.Her helpfulness went above and beyond, she really made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much smoother. We genuinely felt like we were in safe hands the entire time, and her friendly, approachable manner made all the difference. He went above and beyond by arriving early to ensure the property was well prepared and inviting. Jack provided a detailed guide outlining things like local amenities, schools and transport links. Claire has been fantastic through both our sale and purchase transactions. She was really on the ball with chasing solicitors and making sure everyone had the relevant information at the right times. She pushed hard to make sure everything was done as quick and pain-free as possible. The whole process can be very daunting but Claire made it much easier and less stressful. Our sale & purchase have been a bit of a rollercoaster but Nagilla Santos has been a light in the gloom that we have often felt. Nagilla is highly efficient and has pushed those who needed pushing very professionally. She's also very personable and has been a pleasure to deal with. Nagilla is the primary reason for the five star review.

VERY PUSHY, to the point where they pestered and pestered about lowering the price, then played us off against each other by lying to me about my ex agreeing to reduce the price of the house in order to get me to agree.Having received my formal complaint stating what had happened, their response was: "We apologise if your interpretation of the conversation was different to how we saw it." which was blatant gaslighting.This is a despicable, underhanded company that only cares about the number of properties they sell, so they can boast about being the 'best seller' in the region, rather than caring about getting the best price and providing the best service for their clients.

Our move wasn’t the easiest. Hiccups from point A to B. The one consistent saving grace was the stellar service from the whole M&B team. From start to finish, their support was second to none. Natalie from the sales progression team was fantastic, keeping us up to date with our sale and purchase. Special thanks goes to Adam Waters, who went above and beyond when we ran into a few problems. Working out of hours and keeping us up to date during the whole time. I have no doubt that it was his insight and advice that made our sale and subsequent purchase happen. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, for all of your help.
