Outstanding !!Throughout the selling of my current and buying of my new property the service received by Minors and Brady has been excellent but the after sales care by Aysegul Capti was outstanding. Every step of the way Aysegul was on hand to guide us through and we can’t thank her enough. She’s a credit to Minor’s and Brady and deserves and massive thank you for all her hard work , professionalism and guidance.

We’ve found Minors and Brady much more proactive in arranging viewings than any other estate agent. I have had great service from Chris both in trying to sell my property, as well as helping me purchase another with minors and Brady. He has been very helpful and supportive in both instances.Elle hosted some viewings for us and was great, and she showed us a property as well, and we were impressed how knowledge and researched she was.Both were very professional and a credit to the company.

TrustpilotMinors & Brady won't leave us alone
We considered using Minors & Brady to market our home and had one of their agents visit to talk about it; after speaking to two other agents we went with a different company. The property hasn't sold, so they have called us to try and persuade us to let them market the house. We've told them we're not interested in using them and not to call again. They have called us about once every three weeks for the last nine months and despite being told extremely clearly, over and over again, that we will not use them, they keep calling. I've told them to delete my number and never call again but they keep calling. Pushy, irritating, aggressive people who absolutely will not take no for an answer. Please stop harassing us, you are appalling people and based on this experience there is no way we would ever use your services.

Claire Wilson at minors has been fantastic from start to finish! There were times prior to exchange that felt stressful and uncertain but we could always rely on Claire to know what was happening. She has made the process so calm. If you called she would know exactly who you are and knew exactly where we were at. She would always call back to follow up. We exchanged contracts today to buy a house marketed by M&B. It hasn’t been easy - our vendors then got stuck in a long chain beyond their control.I just wanted to say how impressed we’ve been with Ayse. She has worked very hard pressing each stage of the chain, keeping us informed, and listening to me whine. I think she has probably ridden the emotional roller coaster with us. My call log shows about a billion calls - most initiated by her calling to update & assure us.She started today by getting on to all the conveyancers (who are of variable quality) to make sure they started their process, chased it through the day, and rang me as soon as we had a result.I think people think estate agency is easy and don’t realise the value of a good agent when everything else gets stuck. The presentation of the house we were buying was good (but not overstated) but I think the real value for our vendors has been Ayse’s diligence.

Answer the questions that I had if they didn’t know the answer they went and found out and got back to me the same day, polite, courteous and very helpful quite happy for paying for the service, et cetera can’t fault them. boss should give MEGAN a pay rise or at least buy her a latte

Ange took over the sale of my elderly parents property after they were struggling to sell. Her consideration for their ages and her constant support made the whole experience far less worrying for them. Her communication throughout the whole process was excellent and kept on top of chasing solicitors to push the sale through and get my parents moved as soon as possible. We cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend!
