GoogleMassive thanks to Rosie who worked tirelessly to get us through to exchange on our dream house. The path got a bit bumpy at points but Rosie was there to get things back on track whilst keeping all parties happy and comfortable with a way to move forward. She was great at communication and kept us updated at each stage, not afraid to keep the entire chain in check to meet the desired timescale. Definitely someone you want on your side when navigating a complicated and at times, stressful journey! Would highly recommend.

GoogleRosie was absolutely amazing from start to finish with our house purchase. She was brilliant with helping us get things through as smoothly as possible even with delays hugely outside of her control. She was always happy to answer the phone and help us work out what the next steps were to get the purchase though and worked so hard to help us get things sorted in time for Christmas. Would recommend Rosie any day and Minors and Brady are lucky to have her!

Well, Cassandra at the Wroxham office was a sheer delight to work with getting this sale over the line.I should have absolutely no hesitation in using Minors Brady again in the future, it was a first time sale for myself and she expertly guided me through the process to a satisfactory conclusion. Thanks Cass.

TrustpilotAbsolutely amazing service
I would love to hand it to aysegul capti who was dealing with a purchase for are first and forever home. She was absolutely amazing at her job as the vendors estate agent. Wish she was our solicitor and mortgage advisor. She do not stop chasing and will hunt people down who was ment to be working on are side and which choose to ignore us. But aysegul would always get back to us and go out of her way to find the excuses and hold ups. Star would refer her as the rottweiler lol. Thanks so much merry Christmas and happy new year 🎉

TrustpilotJasmine Fitt was exceptional
Jasmine Fitt was exceptional during our house sale!! I've had nothing but bad experiences with estate/letting agents historically and she absolutely laid them to restWe had a stressful family situation going into our sale and Jasmine was not just sensitive to this but really drove the timelines to make sure she was able to get us completed by Christmas which was our original intentionShe kept us up to date all the way through, never missed a callback and was all over the other parties involved like buyers and solicitorsTaking all professional elements aside, Jasmine was just a genuinely nice person to deal with every day....always interesting, upbeat and positive on the phone I don't often do it but a bottle of champagne was cheerfully delivered to Jasmine at our completion as a heartfelt thank you or her amazing help and service. Thank you Jasmine

TrustpilotSimply The Best
To Claire Wilson, Carl and everyone at Minors and Brandy. We want to say a huge thank you for everything you have done for us. We can't thank you enough for all your kindness and support. We know we have been pushy, stressed, angry, upset and even inpatient at times this was our third home by the time we came to you. You listened to our fiasco's of which there were many! You were the ones to remain calm kind and supportive. We were so pleased with your service and we don't know of any other Estate Agents that keep in contact with all vendors, buyers and solicitors on a weekly basis to keep everyone on track, we are so glad you did. Thanks to your hard work and support we are now living in our dream home, I wake up with a smile on my face every morning and am in disbelief of what we have achieved, thank you for being there. I have to point out one last thing, you were working for our vendor not us and yet we received so much help from you guys, who does that? Thank you thank you thank you. Excellent Customer Relations Management

Claire Wilson was really great as the after-sales lead on both the sale of our old property and the purchase our new property, both of which were through Minors and Brady. Claire was always professional, supportive and pushed hard to make sure things stayed moving forward.

Outstanding !!Throughout the selling of my current and buying of my new property the service received by Minors and Brady has been excellent but the after sales care by Aysegul Capti was outstanding. Every step of the way Aysegul was on hand to guide us through and we can’t thank her enough. She’s a credit to Minor’s and Brady and deserves and massive thank you for all her hard work , professionalism and guidance.

TrustpilotVery proactive estate agent
We’ve found Minors and Brady much more proactive in arranging viewings than any other estate agent. I have had great service from Chris both in trying to sell my property, as well as helping me purchase another with minors and Brady. He has been very helpful and supportive in both instances.Elle hosted some viewings for us and was great, and she showed us a property as well, and we were impressed how knowledge and researched she was. Both were very professional and a credit to the company.
