I have been having regular communication with Nagilla for the past 5 months over what has turned out to be a difficult and long process with our sale. She has been conscientious throughout and extremely enthusiastic which is a great asset when dealing with clients who are going through what can be a stressful experience. She is very mature for her years and I think will be nothing but an asset for the company going forward.

GoogleSo far excellent service. When arranging the viewing the gentleman I spoke to in the office was so helpful and got me in the following day. On the viewing, Lauren answered all my questions and offered to send further details and even a video of the inside of the garage (as we couldn't go in on the viewing). Since having an offer accepted Connor has been quick to communicate the next steps.

GoogleOur experience with Minors & Brady was extremely disappointing. Once the house we were interested in was marked as sold STC, the information we were provided with turned out to be incorrect and misleading. We felt completely misinformed throughout the process. When we made the difficult decision to pull out of the purchase, we received no confirmation or acknowledgment from the team. Despite calling and emailing multiple times, no one got back to us. The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We expected a much higher level of service and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience has left us very dissatisfied and we would not recommend Minors & Brady based on how we were treated.

GoogleRosie has been a great help during a protracted sale. Solicitors doing their usual helpful stuff, Rosie kept me informed far better than the solicitor. She did all she could to get the sale over the line and was instrumental in my sale finally getting there despite the solicitors best efforts. I can highly recommend M&B. From the initial photographs to the completion they have been excellent. Thank you

Whilst our sale fell through and this was nothing to do with M&B, there were many frustrating elements throughout the experience, not least the regular request to liaise directly with our about arranging viewings and being told they didn't have the tenant's number despite having called them just days before.

GoogleI would like to thank everyone at the Minors and Brady Caister branch for all your support and patience in helping me find my new home eventually and at the sale price I needed. Thank You Sarah Clifton for sealing the deal! Also a huge thankyou to Aysegul at the Norwich Branch who was in charge of the final stages of completion we had some very stressful moments with paperwork, you were so professional , caring and kept me updated all along the way. I have bought and sold 3 properties in a very short space of time 2019-2025 it was not the plan but it got me to MY Bungalow which was my end goal and all have been achieved except one purchase through Minors &Brady in Caister, its been a long roller-coaster of a ride but an educational one too! I now understand how you do things and why from discussing it with you Dan and the other members of your team and you all are driven and committed to your customer and keep in touch with them all the time with what's happening. Lastly and not to be forgotten I would also like to thank your agent who drives the "Little blue car" sorry I cant remember your name I think its Mel not sure, we done so many viewings it felt like meeting up with a friend, I was always greeted with a friendly smile and the viewings were always relaxed and never rushed! GoogleSo far so very good. I am currently selling a properly with Minor and Brady. They have very modern practices, excellent customer service and keep you updated every step of the way. The Photographer is excellent and so far I can say the same thing about the rest of the team, so a shout out to Matthew, Connie and Mia, very professional, supportive and very helpful to me who is mildly absent minded. If any thing changes I'll update this post, but i'd be surprised if I could find much negative about them that's not nit-picking . I would certainly recommend them. Keep up the good work guys.
