GoogleRosie was absolutely fantastic from the second we first spoke. I have never known someone in after sales who is so dedicated to through seeing the sale of a property. She ensured that the entire process was as smooth as possible by providing frequent updates, going above and beyond with chasing all parties and doing everything in her power to get this through quickly. Such a delight to deal with and truly an asset to Minors and Brady! Next house going on the market soon and I wholeheartedly trust her to look after that one too! GoogleWe had a viewing with Tia to view a house we were really interested in. She was lovely, very helpful and answered any questions we had. Also the planning from the people in the office to arrange our viewing was extremely smooth. At the we haven't gone any further, but are hoping to due to the great experience we have had so far!

GoogleWhen we chose our new home with Minors and Brady, we were naturally unsure of how long the buying process might take. However Rosie our estate agent was amazing at consistently keeping in contact with us as to what was happening and pushing both parties to do what they needed to do. We were over the moon to be in our property within 3 months of accepting offer and I'm sure a lot of that was due to Rosie's hard work and dedication!

This is the first time we have been part of a chain and I didn't realise how stressful it would be. I just wanted to take a moment to mention Aysegul Capti. She followed up daily to make sure everything kept moving in a timely manner and kept us fully updated and made the whole experience more bearable and we genuinely think we completed quicker then we would have because of her. I can't thank her enough for all her efforts but as I said I wanted to take a moment to say if you get to work with her then I think you are lucky.

Julia Pauluch from the the after sales team was excellent - I was selling a house and she got that I didn't want to be rung every week with questions and just got on and expedited the process - she also did her own enquiries that was asked by the buyer - always good - for example when asked who was responsible for the upkeep of an alleyway - who knows the answer to that? Well Julia diligently found out. The sales team - especially Connie Staff - always does her best to get the price achievable for the current sales climate - following up all leads - and sometimes responds on her day off - to ensure things are being actioned and will make valid suggestions when viewings are slow. The climate has changed a bit since that house sale - which is a national thing I think - so you need a company that is willing to work hard to get you the sale and then provides you with the support to ensure everything afterwards goes as smoothly as it can.

As first time buyers Minors & Brady were excellent in facilitating our house purchase - special mention to Macey who helped us get to the point of our offer being accepted. Following this we were assigned to Julia from the after sales team who was extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the process and I’m not sure we would ever have exchanged and completed without her support and constant chasing up of all parties! She really goes above and beyond and we are very grateful for all her efforts.
