Sarah Short worked really hard not just to keep both sides informed but to help push the process along. She worked tirelessly and was always easily contactable. She responded promptly to all communication. She was courteous, friendly and helpful throughout and demonstrated exceptional competence at a time when the property market has been riddled with transactional problems. We can confidently say we would not have managed to move without her assistance in the chain. We were very impressed and will definitely be recommending Minors and Brady. Thank you so very much SarahPositiveProfessionalism

Sarah Short - Minors & Brady have just helped me to sell my house, after a disappointing time with another estate agents, I took my business to M&B. Straight from the off they were fantastic! They came round and took professional photographs as they were passionate about what they do. Now to come on to Sarah, she has been fantastic, due to unforeseen circumstances with our solicitors, Sarah has been an absolute wealth of knowledge and allowed us to remain calm whilst the sale went through. Very lucky to have had Sarah help with our sale, and I cannot express how much she helped us throughout it all. Thank you Sarah and team, will definitely be looking to use you guys again for any future selling and purchases.

Went to visit a house back in beginning of January and instantly fell in love. Minors and Brady were fantastic from the start! So quick to respond and got the ball rolling very quickly. Once the offer had been accepted we were passed to Cassandra Creak who was incredibly professional and efficient. She called our solicitor at the start of the week for an update and then would call us to make sure we were kept in the loop at all stages of the house buy right up until the end. If and when we move again we will definitely be using Minors and Brady, I really cannot fault their service. Thank you for making our first house buying experience a very pleasant one!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We put our house up for sale with two estate agents and from the offset- the photographs, viewing process and communication was exceptionally better in comparison from Minors and Brady. We had viewings before our house had gone online and sold within a couple of weeks. Throughout the selling and buying process, Minors have kept in touch weekly if not more to keep us updated and at ease. Nothing has been too much trouble and we recommended them to friends who just sold their house in one day! Everyone who managed our sale, in particular Chloe Curtis has been friendly and professional and we are so thankful. We are so pleased to have sold with Minors and highly recommend.

A massive thank you to the Wroxham Lettings Team for their help and patience with organising tenants for my two inherited properties. As an ‘unintentional’ first time Landlord, the advice and guidance that I have received has been outstanding. Right from my first meeting with Laurence, I was impressed by his professionalism and his tenacity at finding suitable tenants has been second to none. Callum’s wealth of lettings experience has proved invaluable in dealing with tricky issues and he continues to go that ‘extra mile’ to ensure that both myself and the tenants remain happy. Outstanding service and always with a personal touch. The Managed Lettings service is also proving great value for money - with problems dealt with efficiently before I have to worry!! Fantastic Service!!
