FacebookSarah Short in the sales team was brilliant. She kept in regular touch with us and passed a lot of information back and forth between us and the vendors. She ironed out any misunderstandings between us and the vendor and put all parties at ease during what is always an emotional process. Without her input our purchase would never have happened as our solicitor did not pass anything back and forth at all! I would give her my whole hearted recommendation. 10/10!

FacebookHappy with the service I received but Sarah from the Sales Progression Team was fantastic to work with and was really supportive. Being a first time seller is difficult and can be very overwhelming but Sarah was happy to support me with this and was incredibly supportive. I cannot thank her enough for her work with this sale. She's been great and I've really enjoyed dealing with her.

Only took over our case the last few weeks but this has definitely been a slog with everything going on and she has been the one that’s been transparent with everything and kept us up to date with getting over this final hurdle. FacebookWould recommend Minors and Brady to anyone looking to buy/sell. It has been great to see this company grow throughout the past few years and it was great to be able to use them for this move. The team have been brilliant from start to finish from Chloe, Lee and Charlie G helping bring in viewers to our house to Emma helping us through the after sales process. Both Alex & Jamie should be very proud of themselves on what they have achieved with this company and would look to use them again if we were to move again in the future.

FacebookWe would definitely recommend Minors & Brady. We are currently in the final stages of selling our property with them and they have been so great with us from start to finish. Charlie G was so great getting our sale agreed and arranging a referral to solicitor. Emma Atkin was then fab handling our after-sales and always came back to us same day if we had a question. It’s a crazy world out there and they must be manic but service was still spot on. Thanks guys!

I had my home up with another agent for four months with no luck. within two weeks with M&B I had sold for a price I was very happy with, many thanks to Tamsin for getting me the best deal possible and to the team for quality photos and advertisement. Having also just brought a property through themselves for again, a good deal, thanks to Charlie. FacebookJust bought a house through Minors & Brady. So far we have had a good experience. We had our viewing with Chloe who was very helpful and friendly. Even though there were a lot of other people viewing that day, she gave us plenty of time and we didn't feel rushed. Charlie who is dealing with our sale has been very professional and quick to reply. All in all would definitely recommend them.

Adam has supported us through everything, regular phone calls with updates even though this difficult time- nothing has been too much trouble. We have been involved every step of the way and the process was much quicker than we were expecting! Also thank you to Molly who supported us with our mortgage- keeping in regular contact and making sure we had everything we need! FacebookI decided to go with minors and Brady after being let down by a previous estate agent I went with that done little to nothing to help me sell my property. Minors and Brady stood out much more to me than every other competitor / estate agent that I had round to evaluate my property. Their eagerness and enthusiasm to sell my property stood out from the rest by a landslide. Minors and Brady have the best reputation in the area by far, and most definitely exceeded my expectations. From having my house put up online from December 26th 2020 to present (04/01/2021), I already had a large amount of viewings, one of which has put down an offer that I have accepted. An outcome I’m almost certain any other estate agent in the surrounding area could not of achieved in such a short timeframe. The customer service from start to finish has been second to none. Brooke Daniels who was my point of contact at the Caister branch was exceptional and a pleasure to work with. With Regular phone calls and emails with updates on the status of selling my property, i knew I had picked the right estate agent to help me do this. I highly recommend Minors and Brady to anyone who is thinking of selling their home in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area(s).

FacebookMinors and Brady has been superb. They valued my property higher than other estate agents, and marketed it appropriately. Within 3 days of it being on the market, the 3rd person to view it, bought it. Charlie was outstanding in keeping me appraised of what was happening. Once the conveyancing was underway, the support and communications from Jack were equally awesome.
