FacebookFrom start to finish, for a novice house buyer they were so helpful and Informative. Sarah Short the sales progressor lady was amazing, calling back when she said, prompt at email replies. Listened as I rambled on about nothing really, and was there every step of the way, and took me thru everything & explaining what I didn't understand, which was alot. . Couldn't have asked for any better agents. Will be recommending. 👍😜😀

Facebook⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After our property was showing no movement on the property market for 5 months, we moved to Minors and Brady and our house sold within a month. Very impressed with the service they provide. The after sale care (from Sarah Short) was exceptional. Sarah was always available to answer any questions, relieve any worries and offered professional and honest advice and support. Sarah has made a very stressful process a lot more manageable, and I would say the after sale care from Minors and Brady is what makes them stand out against other estate agents. Would definitely recommend for a quick sale, and excellent after sale care.

An amazing team from start (with Dan Emery taking on the property) to finish (with Cas Creak in the after sales support team) nothing was ever too much trouble and always a professional approach that was done with kindness and compassion which was so much appreciated in what can be a stressful time. We then had a great support from Chloe Curtis (Sales Progressor), she has been always happy to help whenever we needed a question answering and gave us great support from the start. She made the process of buy so much easier than we thought, extremely professional !! I would Highly recommended the company and staff.

FacebookWe had a viewing at a property yesterday with Lexy Chamberlain from the Dereham Branch. We couldn’t fault her at all. She greeted us with a warm nature and was very welcoming. She provided us with good information in regards to the property and was professional throughout. She is a credit to the company and I’m sure will succeed in selling properties to potential buyers.

FacebookHuge thanks to the whole team at Minors for the sale of our home! Lee was very helpful at the beginning of sale and great communication that resulted in an offer being accepted! Then passed over to Cassandra in after sales, who then helped greatly to proceed with a quick exchange and moving date, not to mention the great communication too! Highly recommend Minors, a pleasure to deal with! 5 Stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

FacebookWent on the market with a different agents but didn't get too far, Minors & Brady was recommended to us and they've been fantastic by proving such a high quality service from start to finish. We've been provided with excellent (and frequent) updates by Cass, whose professional yet friendly calls have helped reassure us throughout the entire process - I am very grateful for this as regular updates with someone knowledgeable about the process is exactly what I needed during a stressful time! Cannot recommend this company and their staff enough - great service :)

FacebookThe purchase of our new home in Norfolk was dealt with by Sarah and she kept fully us updated throughout the whole process. It was always a pleasure to speak with Sarah on the phone, she was extremely patient, helpful and explained clearly and precisely the steps she was making on behalf for our property purchase. Buying a house is said to be a stressful experience fortunately thanks to Sarah it was far from it. Thank you Minors and Brady.

FacebookWe recently tried to arrange 2 viewings through the Dereham office and were very disappointed. I appreciate that with COVID things are difficult but was left with the impression that they really didn’t want us to view either of them. Of all the agents we have dealt with recently this has been the worst experience of any.
