GoogleWe had a viewing yesterday at a property in Dereham with Lexy. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed as soon as we entered the property, explaining and showing us around and answering all of our questions! We had a few questions which Lexy offered to find out answers for us, and was super helpful! Would recommend Minors and Brady :)!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMaddie, the agent that showed around the property, was absolutely brilliant. She was enthusiastic and believed in the property that we were really interested in . She was quite knowlegable about the property and the area which is a step change on what we have had in the past. Her cheerful nature and enthusiasm was the last thing that confirmed what we wanted and as a result we put an offer in on the property which was accepted. Thankyou Maddie, a brilliant job, you will go far in the future. All our best wishes for the future Mr and Mrs Kidd.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleCass at Minors and Brady's Wroxham has worked alongside me purchasing my first home and she has been so helpful along the way. She has made sure I was kept up to date, chased solicitors for me and just kept me in the loop whilst pushing for my exchange to happen. Couldn't have wished for someone better to help me.

GoogleWhat was initially a poor experience for me with M&B due to a lack of communication and customer care was turned around completely when Chloe Curtis came on board. Having been passed around three other team members during a long and arduous process Chloe was finally assigned to help move my house purchase along and from day one, Chloe approached the task with professionalism, empathy and a huge care for the customer, with daily communication and constant chasing to get this caught up from the previous team members who had done very little IMO. Chloe is an absolute star, a credit to M&B and should be very proud of what she does. Based on my experience with Chloe alone, I may consider working with M&B again in the future. Thanks Chloe.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleReally pleased with the service we received from the whole team at the office. Liam deserves particular credit for his approach to the viewings he led. He arrived well ahead of time for the first one, and familiarised himself with the layout and flow of the house. His easy going manner and communication style were spot on, for us and for our viewers. I was especially impressed with his in depth knowledge of the local area, which he shared readily with those potential buyers.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleDan was invaluable in helping us secure our dream first home. Taking calls out of hours and working round the clock with our offer accepted within 3 days of viewing a very popular property. I cannot fault Dan nor the after sales team at Minors and Brady and would recommend them without a doubt.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe Minors and Brady team were very professional in assisting and handing me over to Molly-Jo Norman, who helped me get my mortgage all sorted and set up. Molly was fantastic and helped me step by step, explaining in detail the options open to me. She was very accommodating and very prompt with her replies. I have and will continue to recommend Molly to my friends and family for her great work. Thank you again Molly!

GoogleCould not recommend Dan in the Dereham office of Minors and Brady enough! We viewed a very popular property on the Thursday, second viewing on the Friday with our offer accepted bright and early Saturday morning. Dan went above and beyond to secure our purchase and we are so grateful. Minors and Brady's after sales team have continued to make the conveyancing process at a super challenging time be smooth sailing!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleBy far the most helpful estate agents we have ever used. Dan was so helpful and patient...we had such a varied ticklist and he worked his way thru properties to select places he thought we would like to view and booked us 4 appointments for the very next day. Liam was great when we went on the viewings. Answered all questions and was happy to let us take our time without being pushy. All in all Minors and Brady in Dereham are a credit to estate agents!

GoogleA massive thank you to the team at Dereham. After unsuccessfully being on the market with another estate agent for 7 months, Minors and Brady sold it within weeks. The whole operation was efficient, professional and friendly. Particular thanks to Cass Creake who chased everyone up and constantly updated me so I knew what was going on at all times. I would thoroughly recommend this Minors and Brady.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing team at Minors & Brady, we exhausted Jamie in November, with him showing us around a number of properties. Jamie listened to our feedback, wasn't pushy and was there when we finally found our new home! The aftercare team in Norwich have also been amazing, Scott has looked after us all the way through! It has been a long journey and Scott has been on hand, chasing things up for us, answering questions and keeping us well informed. Thank you to the whole Minors & Brady team!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMinors and Brady were very active in sending us properties for sale in our criteria and once we got to know them, felt very much as if they were determined to find us a property. Liam was very professional and quick at responding to emails/ emailing us properties. Lexy was very professional, friendly and warm when showing us around properties and we could really discuss the property features at length.

GoogleGreat experience using this estate agent for the first time recently. After viewing several properties in the last week with various estate agents, Minors and Brady Dereham have by far been the best. All staff we have had contact with via phone and email have been extremely helpful, friendly, professional and very efficient. Particularly Jamie Laville who showed us around the property. He was again very friendly, polite, helpful, professional and welcoming. He was also very safe with regards to the viewing and the current Covid situation. Overall a great experience and a pleasure to use.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMinors & Brady took over from a rival estate agent who were dreadful. The whole team were a breath of fresh air and I can't recommend them enough. Minors & Brady provided us with great communication throughout the process, constantly keeping us updated on progress and developments. Advice and suggestions were given regarding the sale of our property and we received an offer and were sold within 10 days. Many thanks to Callum who has been our main point of contact throughout. Very professional and couldn't do enough to help along the way.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on the purchase of our bungalow, and what a pleasure it was to deal with such a wonderful bunch of people at Minors and Brady. From beginning to end they have been polite, courteous, professional, and, most of all, cheerful. Sarah Short at after sales went above and beyond, to make sure we were aware of how the purchase was going on, and at times she was just outstanding in her efforts to make it all happen. We can't thank her, and the rest of the staff, enough for their efforts. Alan Arnold.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMy partner and I had the pleasure of using Minors and Brady to purchase our first home. I cannot speak highly enough of the effective and thoughtful staff for looking after two complete novices in house buying. Chloe from the after sale team was a joy to communicate with and exceptionally informative. Questions were always answered honestly and in a friendly manor, and at no point did I ever feel like I was bothering her, even when I was asking silly questions! Complete and utter professional.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleSarah Short in the aftersales team was exceptional. She kept n touch all the time to let us know what was happening (it wasn't the easiest of transactions) and with her help the whole process was easier. She is a very valued member of your staff. The rest of the team were also very good and keen. Certainly would recommend Minors & Brady. Thank you.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMinor and Brady Dereham are amazing!!! had our house on with two other local estate agents for months, without even a sniff of an offer. After meeting Dan the manager, I knew they were the right estate agents to be with. In one week they have sold our property and we are now buying a new home for our family, all in the space of 24 hrs. Thanks to Liam who went above and beyond to seal the deal for us. The team here are amazing, friendly and honest which is hard to find an estate agent these days. If your going to sell in Dereham use these guys.
