FacebookHaving recently moved and all the stress that comes with it, we would personally recommend this company and in particular the aftersales team for making it as easy for us as possible. In particular a young lady called Cass who was a dream and dealt with all our concerns professionally, timely and with empathy. She is an absolute star and couldn’t have done it without her support. FacebookAbove and beyond the call of duty - I was an estate agent for a number of years and have worked for some of the very best 'Country Life' agents and some of the worst High Street names; in short I know a good agent when I see one. Show me an agent that will work from a mobile phone and computer at home, and I will show you Minors & Brady. Dan Emery protected the interests of his client and managed to negotiate a deal with this satisfied purchaser, gone ten at night.

FacebookWell Tamsin Morton she was absolutely brilliant as a property consultant and she was so nice at this stressful time she had patients and was so respectful of the difference in ages she treated us normal which for us is brilliant I have been a receptionist for John Lewis and know that you deal with everyone the same so Minors and Brady be pleased you picked her she is an asset and who ever took her on a pat on the back - brilliant.

FacebookGreat service from the whole team in helping us move from Portsmouth to Norfolk. Viewings were arranged with ease and we were allowed to look round in our own time. The Aftersales team have been really helpful, particularly Adam, who has kept us informed at all stages. Thanks everybody.

FacebookI would highly recommend putting your property up for sale with Minors and Brady. We had our property valued, photos taken and we are now STC within one week!!!! I said I was in a hurry as I had found and they delivered. Lee Mortier has been excellent, communicating with us the whole way! Outstanding! I would use them again without a doubt!!

GoogleAfter contacting Minors and Brady and speaking to Chloe, who was very friendly, about marketing our property she arranged for Curtis to value our home two days later. He was so down to earth and easy to talk to. We signed up with them straight away, as we feel they are a much more professional estate agent to deal with than the other estate agents we have used in the past. We then had a viewing with Shaun the same day who was also very helpful. We never felt like we were taking too much of his time like other estate agents make you feel when they are rushing you through the property. Later that day I had a nice chat with Lee also. The following day Sara contacted us with the brochure of our home that she had brilliantly put together. And later that day Chloe called to say we had a viewing on our home the next day! wow all this in four days. Five helpful people and a viewing arranged in less than 24hours of our property going live on the internet. We are both very pleased with the service we have received. FacebookMinors and Brady have been fantastic start to finish. We first dealt with Curtis who came to value our property, and put the wheels in motion for us to sell. Within no time at all, he had arranged for photos to be taken, and our house was on the market. Brooke in the sales team was absolutely amazing and worked tirelessly to get people through the door to view our house. After 3 days of being on the market, we received our first offer. Unfortunately this fell through, but Brooke did not stop and 3 days later we received our second offer. She updated us continually, and was prompt at returning any calls, so I would like to say a massive thank you for all her hard work! I would also like to thank Jack in the after sales team, who again continued to keep us updated on the sale and in the loop the whole time. He worked hard to move the sale along, and we managed to complete within less than 3 months of putting our house on the market. Massive thank you to all at Minors & Brady for making our sale as smooth and hassle free as possible!

FacebookI’d like to thank Brooke Kelly for the tireless work she has done selling our house during the Covid-19 pandemic. She has sold it 5 times since March. Through no fault of their own, our different buyers have pulled out because of various situations which arose because of changes due to the pandemic. The last sale, she sold it in under an hour of our buyers having had to pull out. Brooke is absolutely amazing at her job & an obvious asset to Minors & Brady. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ well earned by Brooke

The house had been on the market for nearly 2 months and I was starting to lose hope but we managed to accept an offer and sell our home this week !! I want to say a huge thank you to Tamsin who works for the Caister branch, we had two offers on our home and they were BOTH from viewings that she carried out!
