FacebookAfter having two other local agents round to value our property, we got Minors & Brady out and genuinely thought they had overpriced our property. We decided to go on with them as they were very professional and hungry to sell our property. We have been overwhelmed by the volume of viewings and offers that have come in. Brooke & Lee from the Wroxham branch have been outstanding from the very start, we literally couldn’t be happier. If you are thinking of selling your property then these are the agents to use, they have exceeded our expectations and more. Thanks for being so fantastic!

FacebookI decided to choose Minors & Brady based on their amount of house signs up in my local area and the quick turnaround they had. Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely professional and friendly, making the whole process stress free. The photos taken of my home were great too (thank you Curtis). If you’re thinking about selling, go straight to these guys, they’re certainly a cut above the rest!

FacebookThe thing that drew us to minors and Brady were the outstanding photographs on homes we saw for sale on rightmove when viewing houses to buy. We then remarked on this, and our difficulty getting viewings on our property to Jack when he accompanied us on a viewing. Jack convinced us to have a chat with Lee, and we then happily decided to give them a go. I cannot speak too highly about the fantastic service we have received from them since. Extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Lee Mortier and his team have impressed me, and I would highly recommend them

FacebookMinors and Brady were geat they kept us updated throughout our sale and purchase. Brooke is brilliant and couldnt have done more. Shaun was the best viewing representative we met
We used Minors & Brady for the sale of our bungalow. Their approach was professional in every way, especially Sarah Short, Sales Progresser of Caister Branch. We were in a very long chain and there were a few times when we hit a brick wall with members of the chain,,

FacebookMinors and Brady have been great to work with and managed to secure a buyer for the price we wanted to achieve. They kept in touch with us regularly and offered good after viewing feedback. Jack in the after sales was brilliant and kept in touch with me at the beginning of the Covid 19 lockdown and ensured that the sale still progressed as efficiently as possible, considering the awful circumstances. Many thanks for all of your help guys.! 🙌

GoogleMinors & Brady NEW SEARCH < BACK TO REVIEWS REVIEWS Excellent service so far with lots of viewings immediately lined up resulting in an offer very close to the Guide Price in a week. Thank you to Curtis for his enthusiasm and speedy service. All staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of your personal situation. Also thank you to Charlie for advice regarding my purchase, not something I'm experienced in and it really helped to reassure me. Thank you all.

GoogleWe saw a house to rent with Minors & Brady on the Rightmove website. The property had been on there for 2 hours. I spoke to Aaron in the Wroxham office and he jumped into action. Within 2 further hours we were viewing the property. Aaron arrived to meet us on the dot. He was very professional as he showed us the property. He dealt with a very rude interruption from the dog walker in a calm manner. He has since liaised between us and the landlord and kept us informed. This was our first contact with Minors & Brady and if all the staff are as professional as Aaron I would have no hesitation but to recommend them.

GoogleAfter struggling to sell the last of our new builds we swapped to Minors and Brady and they successfully made the sale. A big thanks to Jack for his professionalism and all his help. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

GoogleA fantastic estate agents to use, Charlie has helped secure the sale on purchasing my first house and I couldn't be happier. The customer service is second to none, with a friendly but non pushy approach. Still dealing with the process at the moment but if it's anything like the service I've already received, then I would highly recommend Minors & Brady.

GoogleSales consultant Brooke Kelly made the selling of our property a pleasure in all aspects. Her response times to my phone calls were fantastic and her negotiating skills were direct achieving a sale for us within 4 days of going on the market. Excellent service from all involved at Minors and Brady from valuation to sale. Would definitely always use this estate agent as they are far more than that.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleEveryone at Minors & Brady were extremely helpful, I dealt with Lee mostly and he really looked after us. I would highly recommend to anyone and we will use them again in the future. They also recommended Molly as our mortgage advisor and again she has been spot on, made the whole thing much easier.

GoogleReally great customer service from Minors & Brady who sold our house within three weeks of being on the market. From the initial valuation to the sale communication has been fantastic and all staff at Minors & Brady can't do enough to help, Joe and Lee especially have been excellent. Would highly recommend!

GoogleWe chose Minors and Brady for many good reasons. We had Curtis come and see us to explain what Minor and Brady do. We were impressed and since signing up with this company we haven't been let down. Just received the photos of our house and the brochure from Georgie Thew. She was very courteous, updated me with the progress and i came off the phone with a smile on my face knowing we had made the right choice. Also we must say that Will the photographer is fantastic at his job. Seriously impressed with the service we are receiving. Many thanks, Nat Dyer

GoogleWe decided to use Minors and Brady estate agent’s after having a number of different valuations from other agents, however we ultimately chose to proceed with Minors and Brady due to their energetic team, efficient ways of working and excellent local knowledge. We are very pleased with the level of service that we received throughout the short period our home was on the market. Lee was our main point of contact who was extremely professional and kept us up to date at all times. Very impressed and would highly recommend to all. Thanks again

GoogleMyself and my partner are currently in the process of buying a house through Minors and Brady and believe the service we have received to be second to none. Charlie has been extremely helpful throughout, continuously keeping us up to date with the process of our purchase, as well as Lee, who has dealt with any requests without hesitation and Kane, who initially met us at the property, who was extremely professional as well as friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier!!
