GoogleIncredible service from Minors & Brady. Our property had been on the market with another agent for around 5 weeks without any viewings. After a recommendation from a friend, we decided to give Minors & Brady a call. From the initial consultation, to the photographs being taken, and finally to the sale, we have been very impressed. Sale agreed within a few weeks. Thank you to all of the team involved, special mention to Charlie, Mia and Curtis.

GoogleDealing with an estate agents who’s passion it is to deliver a better estate agency service experience is so refreshing!! From the very beginning we received a professional and reliable service. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, whether it was arrangements for viewing the property or dealing with questions throughout the process. We had multiple viewings on our open house day, all viewers were contacted prior to the day and all arrived. We were kept updated regularly throughout the process, which in my experience hasn’t been the case with other estate agents. All the staff were friendly and approachable both on the phone and in the local office. A special thanks to Daniel Emery who provided a professional, friendly, and efficient service. It is clear he is committed to making the process of buying/selling a house as smooth as possible and we felt he really listened to our personal preferences and took this on board. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to friends and family.

GoogleWe recently sold a property with Minors and Brady and I have to say they provide an absolutely first -class service. Within two weeks of being on the market, we had sold at the full asking price, due in no small part to their hard work and professionalism. Always helpful, with loads of good advice. A special mention for Charlie who was our first point of contact and kept us regularly updated with any developments. He and his colleagues were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

GoogleAnother Estate Agent comes to town ! My experience of the Dereham Branch, at best monkeys at worst Arthur Daley types. Check their web site lie after lie on the review page, or they are really good at selling. Posted on the 27/1/2020 some one had had a valuation, mortgage and by the tone had sold and bought all in 3 days ?? And Dereham is not even in their search criteria on the website which tells me ZERO properties available here. The amount of grammar, spelling & punctuation mistakes on their website would worry me trusting my sale or buying a property with these guys, sloppy very sloppy.

As another client has said in a 5 star review, it appears as though this is a fake review from another agent in Dereham. GoogleI can’t recommend Minors & Brady enough, they have been absolutely amazing! Jamie the owner put my house on last Tuesday, sent out their professional photographer and our adverts look brilliant. We have had more viewings in a week than my other two agents over 6 months! If you want to sell then deffo use these!

FacebookJust seen a friends house rented out by this company. Absolutely disgusting. Drug parafinalia in bedrooms. Attempted repairs done to a child’s standard. No safety checks done or safety certificates. This house should not be let out to anyone is this condition. Environmental health have been informed. Using covid 19 as an excuse for the terrible way they are working. Would never recommend this company 14/6 update electrician has been to the property and condemned the whole property. The electrics were signed off by the estate agents 2 weeks ago on the welcome pack. Also all drains are blocked and toilet is hanging off the wall
