TrustpilotWe have had the best experience in…
We have had the best experience in purchasing our home through Minors and Brady. We’re first time buyers and from making an offer to exchange it’s been 7 weeks, Nagilla from the after sales team has been fantastic, very patient with our questions, and called us weekly with updates and supported with chasing solicitors when we were waiting for stuff. Couldn’t recommend more!!!!

TrustpilotGreat viewing experience
I was very lucky to get to spend time looking at a property with Hannah recently and it was one of the most pleasurable viewings I have experienced. Nothing was too much trouble for her in terms of information and help. Highly recommend viewings with Hannah.

TrustpilotRosie. Most Efficient and Hard Working.
Rosie at Minors and Brady has been excellent at getting our house purchase over the line. She has worked very hard and dealt with both sets of solicitors, which has been quite stressful and time consuming. I think if she hadn't been so committed then we would not have had such a swift purchase. She always kept us up to date with developments by phone or email. Thank you.

TrustpilotCan count on Rosie
They say buying a house is a stressful time and I can’t relate to that however I have nothing but praise for Rosie since we have sold. She has taken the pain away by going above and beyond to get things sorted and kept us up to date probably more than she should have done. Nothing is too much for her and she is a credit to your team!

TrustpilotOUTSTANDING level of professionalism and expertise
Minors and Brady have re-designed the estate agency business model. They ACTUALLY do what they say they are going to do. They are genuinely enthusiastic, creative, hardworking and diligent. Rosie Turley is a deal maker goddess! Things got very tough on our transaction and she remained tenacious and resourceful. Also the Marketing and Sales team stepped up creating great materials and professionally engaging with viewings and negotiations. They are great at this job - I used to work in property, so my opinion is based on experience. Good luck Minors and Brady you are great ! Thank you for everything - you have earned every penny on this transaction !!

TrustpilotLiam Upton showed me around the house
Liam Upton showed me around the house. Smart, polite and courteous. Was at the house on arrival. Like most agents could've had more info to hand but selling so many houses I understand this is not always possible.

TrustpilotGreat viewing and valuation experience
I went to view a property and had a valuation on my house. Liam Upton, who showed me the house, was very friendly, honest and helpful, giving me tips on how to go about improving my situation in order to secure another property. The valuation was carried out by Curtis Pointin who was also friendly and helped me to understand the process of selling and buying as this would be the first time I'd done it
