Claire Wilson our after sales coordinator at Minors and Brady expedited our house sale very efficiently. She gave excellent after-sales service. Gathering information on progress and hold ups she kept us well informed throughout. She's always pleasant and friendly ready to help which is so encouraging when you are uncertain of procedures and processes. Prompt response, and they were quite supportive in chasing up the required information as much as possible. The process was smooth and seamless.Particularly was Beth Linton, the lettings co-ordinator for the property - very courteous and kind.Compared to my previous agency, which had a non-empathetic process and pressured me to sign a contract without viewing the EPC documents, Minors & Brady was very transparent. I would recommend them any time!

Had a viewing with Liam Upton, he was very professional and seemed to be very prepared for us. He was informative and helpful and booked us an appointment with a mortgage broker. The viewing time had to be changed slightly but we were given plenty of notice and kept in the loop, Liam was also very apologetic about the change. All in all a good experience.

Very impressed with the service provided by Minors & Brady, they have a seamless process throughout, from marketing our property to booking in potential buyers to moving over to the after sales team, all members of staff have been polite friendly and professional. Claire from the after-sales team has been outstanding, I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough, she has gone above and beyond helping out and ensuring that our sale went through. She’s been on hand whenever I have needed to speak with her and has kept us updated with every step throughout our sale. Highly recommended to anyone & would defiantly use them again.
