Was shown round the property by Emily Bygrave, absolutely wonderful throughout. Knew the local area which helps me to make an informed decision later on and a lovely smile throughout. As much as the house/area is important, having someone that is essentially the face of the sale is vital. A real credit to her team !

TrustpilotI have rented for over 20 years with…
I have rented for over 20 years with pretty various letting agents and have never had no issues, problems in turn it has always been a great helpful, professional and joyful experience. They have always been amazing. Though, Minor & Brady are the worst estate agency and I would not recommend anyone letting through them. They are sexist towards woman and especially mothers with children. They are racial discrimination, biased and discriminative. Never in my life I have been ill treated under the discriminatory act, They pretty much said if a man is not on a contract you are no good. On top they are thieves and NEVER give them your holding deposit money. They stole over £500 of me. And I’m sure this has happened to many other individuals that they rob from, I regret using them and now that I have proceeded such a smooth and pleasant let with another agency elsewhere I feel nothing but regret and frustration ever coming across Minor & Brady letting team in Norwich.

We were greet by Emily with a very warm smile that put us at ease straight away. She gave us the relevant information that we need and, were glad that she was not pushy, and did not try to sell us the property, which would have put us off. Very professional and easy to talk to. Information we need going forward was spoken about at the end of our visit. Just the estate agent you want and need, thank you Emily.ing

TrustpilotFriendly, professional, helpful
We arranged a viewing on very last minute and Minors & Brady were very friendly and without any issues accommodated the viewing. Lewis Hunt was waiting for us at the property for extra 20 minutes as we were travelling from far away. Lewis was able to answer every question we had, and helped us through the whole process. Thank you very much Lewis for being so kind and patient and for helping us to get our new home !

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Liam Upton on a recent property viewing and I couldn't be happier with the experience. TrustpilotGood service all round
We visited a property for the second time to get a better idea of whether or not it was the one for us. I would like to commend Liam Upton on the quality of his professionalism, knowledge and personable manner. He had exactly the right mix of being on hand to answer questions without being at all intrusive.
