TrustpilotJasmine
Jasmine, aftersales progressor at Minors and Brady has been so supportive, informative and extremely helpful at getting the sale of my late father’s home over the line. She worked hard and dealt with both sets of solicitors and the buyer, to ensure the sale happened. Extremely grateful to Jasmine for her help.

Beth has been great sorting everything that needed to be done to prepare my flat to be let. She was available on the phone when needed and organised work to be completed in a short space of time to ensure my new tenants could move in on time. Thank you

TrustpilotI am always impressed by this agency
I am always impressed by this agency. Yesterday in particular was no exception.Hannah met us at a property and was perhaps one of the nicest agency employees I have yet to have met. Not only was she genuine in her approach to us but she was clearly very knowledgeable about the house she had listed. This is s rarity nowadays. Because of my experience today I am likely to gravitate towards Minors and Brady in the future. Although the house wasn't suitable we were made to feel as if our potential custom was most welcome.I cannot hesitate to recommend Hannah snd Minors and Brady enough......

TrustpilotGreat House Viewing Experience with Hannah
We recently went on a viewing with Hannah, and she was very helpful and friendly, giving us information not just about the property we were viewing but about another we were interested in as well. She then followed up with us the next day to check if we had any questions and make sure she could help us in our house search. Couldn't be happier with her service.

Without the hard work and patience of Caitlin, my purchase would not have been possible. My solicitor was very slow and unhelpful. Caitlin was the person who helped provide relevant information and key milestones to help my purchase move forward. I am truly grateful.

TrustpilotBuying a new home is a very stressful…
Buying a new home is a very stressful process and what you need most is someone you can talk to, someone who you feel is on your side and someone you can check in with to find out how much progress has been made. Caitlin Cannell was this person when we bought our new bungalow recently. We struggled to get answers from our solicitors but in the end it was Caitlin who got those answers for us. She set up another viewing for us which enabled us to talk directly with the seller which was invaluable in finding out more about the property. Caitlin was the first to congratulate us and helped us when we asked questions about the keys. I have to say I wasn’t overly impressed with Minors and Brady over the purchase itself as we took a few days haggling over the price and once it was agreed heard very little from them but in the end we were pleased we had Caitlin on our side.

TrustpilotWhat a great team!
Absolutely everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, determinedly helpful, and eager to get my sales and buying sorted. This is particularly good because I have never bought property in this country before. I especially want to single out Liam who showed me the property that will be my new home. When he found out I arrived early, he hared his wasy to get me started early.

TrustpilotExcellent experience with Professionals from Mirrors&Brady
I had a viewing with Joe at a property. Joe was really easy going, on time and polite. He was able to answer all my queries and had excellent customer service. I also spoke to James from the office, he was also very professional and had excellent customer service. I am really pleased with my pleasant experiences with these two professionals from Mirrors and Brady.
