I found the staff I dealt with friendly and knowledgeable. Joe was very good on face to face meetings with potential tenants and Beth was good on the administration so the experience was good all round.I have used the service on a few occasions now and have found Minors and Brady better than some of the competition.

YellUNREASONABLE RENT INCREASES!
Such a lovely Company! I have been renting for only 12 months and in their infinite wisdom have increased my rent today from £875.00 - £920.00 pm. I don't think they would even begin to understand how very wrong this is! Gas&Electric Bills, through the roof, council tax will no doubt go up this year, food prices and inflation at an all time high! To say these people have no morals is an understatement.I can envisage many Tenants facing the streets because of Agencies like Minors and Brady! Greedy landlords encouraged by equally greedy Agencies! Sickening and should not be allowed!!!!

M&B have been absolutely fantastic for the sale of our first house. In particular Rosie, who has been an absolute star and pleasure to deal with and was incredibly helpful in talking to our onward purchase agent to hurry them along for various things! Also Jack, who was great at explaining everything for a first-time seller and really great to talk to. Kirsten from marketing was also super helpful when we were putting the house on the market to begin with. I honestly didn't think it could be this pleasant dealing with an estate agent - I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and especially for first time sellers - they are so patient and knowledgable.

GoogleI got my valuation done the Monday by the following Tuesday my property was sold stc. Cant fault every member of staff I dealt with from Dan who did our valuation he was very knowledgeable and made us feel very at ease for what was a very big decision to make, not once did he put pressure on to sell, caitlin who done our brochure she done a top job and quickly made the changes we asked for. Tamsin who we were dealing with mostly she answered all our questions and was very helpful all the way through and finally Jack he went above and beyond with his service securing the sale. I cant fault minors and brady I never dreamt this would all be so stress free they took care of absolutely everything. GoogleAfter a very long process of buying our first home (no fault of minors and brady) We have finally just exchanged contracts. We had Nagilla as our after sales estate agent and she has been nothing but amazing every step of the way. She was so friendly, kind and helpful and was always there to help with any questions we had. She worked so hard to try and get things sorted for us. Would 1000% recommend minors and brady as every time I have spoken to various members of the team they have always seemed very friendly and so helpful

GoogleMinors and Brady have been so helpful through our recent house sale and purchase. There ended up being a lot of complications in the chain, which was no fault of Minors and Brady. Their staff were brilliant in helping us through it all. In particular, Nagilla was fantastic, she worked tirelessly to make sure everything was sorted and really helped to ease what was a fairly stressful situation. I'm incredibly grateful for her hard work and would recommend Minors and Brady to anyone.

GoogleWe were so pleased that we chose to sell our property with Minor and Brady! Not only did they find a buyer within a week, they negotiated a fantastic price for us, a lot more than we were expecting! Their After Sale team was also exceptional with Gina, Lauren N and Jasmine all working really hard for us. All three were a breath of fresh air, with lovely positive personalities and 'can do' attitudes. We really felt that they were rooting for everything to go through successfully for us and thanks to them and the other members of the Minor and Brady team- it did! I would not hesitate in recommending Minor and Brady to others and I would definitely choose them again.

GoogleI would just like to thank Cass Creak for all her help in helping us purchase our property, she has been exceptional from start to finish, updating us and at times going above and beyond to help, even collecting paperwork herself instead of waiting for the Solicitors to post it. Cass works extremely hard and she deserves recognition. When we collected our keys she also presented us with a company key ring, a bottle of wine and a card welcoming us in our new home. Thank you so much Cass for everything.

If I could give a minus rating I would. AVOID at all costs. Put an offer in on one property that was NOT put forward until advised by another agent that they legally have to put all offers forward. Contacted this agent to say same & was told they’d now happily do this what was my offer, I said the same as will be in your records after my viewing…there was nothing on record. Months after this the property appeared on the market for £30k less than I’d originally offered this is after returning to the market several times. The seller could have had £30k more & completed a lot sooner due to me being a cash buyer with no chain & the said property being empty. Blatant lies told to my Solicitor that I’d been made fully aware of holes/damage to carpets by themselves & the seller - I’d never even met the seller! The property was rented out & many faults were covered. Sales details included items in kitchen, everything had been removed due to it being owned by the tenant-including induction hob in details but no cut out in work surface! I relayed all of this & was told the property was worth £240-£250k, I’m £10k in on putting this property in a liveable state & not yet finished, but no way does this make it £250k let alone more. Their loyalty is to their sellers & getting the best price possible is one response I was given when I pointed out the faults I was not aware of until the tenant had moved out. I moved in & had a problem that I requested advice from the seller via this company, seller couldn’t help so they said if I gave them the information they’d like to be helpful in researching this on my behalf and would call me back…..mmm no call back received. The unprofessional & rudeness of some staff is unbelievable let alone unacceptable.

The house was unliveable & no repairs carried out despite constant contact. They didn’t want to ‘spend money’.So they issued a section 21.I moved out MONTHS ago and STILL trying to get my despite back. Awful people, awful estate agents. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
