GoogleEven though we didn't buy a house with Minors & Brady in the end we can't praise Ollee enough for letting us know about new properties to the market and arranging lots of viewings for us. Very engaged and on the ball, more so than any other agents we registered with. Thanks also to Hannah who did the majority of our viewings. 😀

FacebookOh Minors and Brady doing it again with your 5* service! You failed to market my house correctly, you failed to communicate with myself regarding certain situations and you also went behind my back regarding a very sensitive situation which was far from professional. We took our house of the market with you, after you didn’t want to compromise with us going on a multi agency agreement, because let’s face it, your customer service isn’t really 5*. You sent out emails regarding properties that match my preferences when they certainly didn’t, I asked for you to update them you never did, kept on sending out irrelevant criteria’s, when I challenged you I received a very sarcastic reply. You send leaflets through the door about putting my house back on the market, yet still need to collect the for sale board, and best of all, you just sent a colleague out to knock on my door and have the audacity to ask if I’m looking to put my property on the market, when my contract with you ended 4 weeks ago. You guys should really do some more research on what customer service really is.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with another local estate agent, Minors and Brady Lowestoft achieved more in 5 days than the other estate agent achieved in 5 months. Jack, Charlie, Dan and Despina have been amazing. Our house hit the market Saturday and was sold by the Wednesday. Communication has been amazing, we've been kept updated daily. I highly recommend Minors and Brady for anyone considering or looking to sell a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHannah Graver showed us around this flat and was on time and very professional and helpful throughout. Flat appeared to be in good condition but a bit small for what I was looking for but service from Hannah at Minors & Brady was first class.
