We have just viewed a property in Oulton Broad and were hosted by Hannah from the Lowestoft office. Whilst we have decided not to pursue the property, 1the viewing itself went really well. On arrival Hannah introduced herself and immediately put us at ease with her calm and friendly demeanor. We were given more than enough time to take in the various attributes of the property with Hannah providing useful background and insight as and when required. Any questions we had were answered and we left thinking that we had learned all we needed to know about the property to make an informed judgement on our next steps. Thank you.

We have meet Hannah three times at the same property and each time she has been very professional and helpful. During our last visit she gave us more time than planned as a builder we were meeting at the property was running late so thankyou very much.

Hannah showed us round a house we liked, she had a good rapport with the venders and knew a lot about that house. A couple of things we asked that she didn't know, she was happy to say and followed up later with an answer. Overall a great experience.

Have been looking at properties in Pakefield for the past few weeks and today we found it. Hugely impressed with Hannah Graver who showed the property today, striking the balance perfectly between presenting a fab property whilst representing both the vendors and our interests. We are now super excited about our new home by the sea, thank you Hannah, top job!

Minors & Brady have been great so far. They're always keeping us up to date and they give us feedback from the viewings normally within 24 hours. Estate agent Hannah, in particular always shows up full of positive energy and stays behind after each viewing to discuss more about the property and gives my dog lots of fuss. Lovely bunch. 5*

Had a viewing on the Wednesday 12th January at a property on Trafalgar Street with Hannah Graver. Hannah was very enthusiastic, knowledgable and very welcoming when viewing the house. Hannah was very professional throughout with her knowledge of the house and the layout of the area. Great opportunity to look around and it didn't disappoint. Thank you for the viewing and the contact from other members of the team and hope to work further with you in future viewings.PositiveProfessionalism

We recently purchased through Minors and Brady and everything was handled promptly and professionally. We were showed round by Chloe who was able to answer most of our many questions, and the couple of bits she wasn't sure of, she was quick to find out and email over to us afterwards. They also put us in touch with a helpful mortgage broker too. All in all a good experience.

Viewed a property in Gunton and was met by Hannah from Minors and Brady. Although the property wasn't quite what we hoped the viewing experience was made all the better because of Hannah. Totally professional with a very happy attitude she answered all of our enquiries without hesitation and gave us plenty of time to look around, even finding the remote for the garage which had been hidden away in a kitchen drawer. Excellent work!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Minor and Brady have been most helpful and approachable. Hannah was friendly and informative on the viewing and follow up service has been really efficient. Ollee and Bradley liaised promptly and the team seem to go that extra mile to assist with the process of home buying. Much appreciated:)

I have two parts to this review; Julia who eventually dealt with our sale (after 2 staff members left) is an asset to the company. She took a genuine interest in our needs and put in a lot of time to champion our case in order for the sale to succeed. Julia was always reliable and 99% of the time would call back when asked and regularly kept us updated. She responded quickly and efficiently to solicitors requests, and developed a friendly rapport with both us and our buyer. We were grateful for her support and honesty, and felt she personally wanted the sale to succeed as she knew how much it meant to us. As for Minors and Brady, we were disappointed. After initial enthusiasm and promises to put our house on the market and the success of a quick sale, the after sales (apart from Julia) was disappointing. We felt we were passed from pillar to post initially, with a distinct lack of communication though out, and their recommendation of solicitors severely impacted the progress and speed of our sale. Obviously we were pleased to sell, and the photos were great, but we would have appreciated more commitment to us as customers from the team as a whole. We felt undervalued once our house was STC.

We contacted Minors and Brady to view a property in Oulton Broad and were met by Hannah Graver who guided us round the house. She was very good and informative answering all our questions as we viewed. The house is very good and because Hannah seemed also keen on the property it helped us to decide to make an offer for it which was accepted. We then got help from the staff in the Lowestoft office and we now wait for the sale to complete

Sold my property in great time after arranging plenty of viewings, really nice people to deal with. Guys in the office, Bradley and Ollie are always friendly and helpful and cant do enough for you. Hannah has shown me around three properties now and is always extremely pleasant, has a good knowledge of the properties and never tries to pressure you into something that may not be the right one. Recommended estate agents for sure.
