Sam made renting our property really straightforward and was on hand with great advice and answered any questions in a positive and professional manner. Would definitely use again Beth and Luke also helped with the process and made it very smooth and easy.

After a rocky start when my messages were not passed to our vendor. Our experience was totally reversed by Rosie Turley at the Norwich office. This lady’s professionalism, calmness and sense of humour managed to help us through this stressful time. Thank you

GoogleI sold my property with Minors & Brady back in May. After I had sold I was then passed over to Claire Wilson. I can not praise her enough. Claire kept in touch with me every step of the way, she even listened to me when I had a moan!! Thank you Claire!!

GoogleAVOID- DEREHAM BRANCH-Had to make a formal complaint to Directors of the company (let's see if they return communication, because Branch Manager doesn't)intend to refer matter to The Property Ombudsman. Totally unethical-total lack of communication, in fact poor communication- lack of competency. Do not return emails and behave in an appalling manner. Total lack of integrity towards customer and DO NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL. Absolutely terrible service and shocking communication. I would not recommend
