We were delighted to have Rosie's support in the sale of two houses and the purchase of a new property. Rosie was in consistent communication with the solicitors and kept us updated throughout. Really great service.

We can not speak highly enough of Claire Wilson in the aftersales team. We sold through another Estate Agent and quite frankly are disappointed we didn't choose to sell through Minors & Brady as well as purchase. Claire was incredibly efficient and I truly believe were it not for her our purchase wouldn't have gone through. Cannot recommend them any higher if I tried and if we ever move again, Minors & Brady will be our first port of call!

A massive thank you to Minors & Brady Wroxham team! We moved into our new home right before Christmas. We experienced both seller and buyer pulled out of the deals. It was absolutely nightmare! Jack and Lee in sales team quickly found us a new buyer with even better offer. The team also found us a new house which was far better than the first one we went for. Julia and Gina assisted us all way through the whole process and got us into the new house before Christmas. Without the team, there is no chance we could have made it this far. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done! We love our new home! Thank you so much!

She has kept us up to date with developments and has gone above and beyond with helping us through what turned into a more complicated and longer process than anyone anticipated, plus Rosie was always lovely and cheerful to chat to during our many phone calls.

Minors and Brady have been extremely helpful and proactive in helping us to find our first home. Rosie Turley has been such a vital driving force in assisting us with the purchase of our dream house. She has gone above and beyond her role at every opportunity, I have never heard of an estate agent who has supported so much with the logistics of a sale before. We cannot thank her enough for all she has done. I would highly recommend Minors and Brady, especially Rosie.

Rosie has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of our house purchase - it hasn't been a quick or simple process and she has been key to getting it over the line and to keeping us informed, maintaining constant communication throughout with all parties involved. We would absolutely use Rosie again, she is friendly and enthusiastic and an asset to the team at Minors and Brady.

Rosie has been an absolute superstar throughout the entire process of my property purchase. As soon as my offer was accepted Rosie has provided a clear and open line of communication between myself and minors & Brady but also the seller. This has meant that what can be a very overwhelming process (being my first purchase) has been a pleasant and relatively stress free one. I will be using minors and Brady again in the future!

I have just bought my first property through Minors and Brady and I have received such an excellent service. This has been very stressful due to the solicitors. Lauren Newby in the after sales team has been so brilliant at chasing everything up, being very thorough, keeping me updated every step of the way and doing everything she could to push through to completion! It is clear that Lauren really enjoys her job and is very invested her clients. She has been an absolute god send in what has been a very stressful few months. I would highly recommend Minors and Brady, they are a very friendly, helpful and cheery bunch and it has been a pleasure having bought my first property through them!

Jasmine Fitt and 3 others at Minors & Brady helped my Husband and I find our new home in Norwich after we had a nightmare situation happen with another agency leaving us homeless the day before our move! I immediately started looking for another property as we had all our belongings packed up in a van ready to move from London to Norwich the following morning. When I called M&B to enquire about viewing the property and explained our situation to Jasmine, she moved with so much urgency and organised a next day viewing of the property. Her colleague Elliot Stubbs who was in office on Coronation Bank Holiday day received our offer and put it through to the landlord. We were then was handed over to Luke Savins who confirmed the landlord accepted our offer and then spoke with him to sort out paying our deposit. He was super attentive to the the urgency of the situation and efficient with any questions we had about the entire process. Once everything was received, I then liaised with Beth Linden to complete the rest of the application and everything was processed in one week she ensured everything was super speedy! Overall had an amazing experience with everyone at Minors and Brady and we are so grateful for them saving us and finding our new home here in Norwich. They not only have great staff, but really good properties. My Husband and I will definitely be using their services in the future when we start looking for our forever home to buy here in Norfolk. Thanks for your amazing teamwork!

We both bought and sold our properties with Minors&Brady. Rosie's support following offers were instrumental to the final success. Our agents Joe and Chris were also highly professional in the process. They are the best estate agency we have ever used.

Rosie on the after sales team helped us so much with our move. She was a driving force with our exchange and completion without her help we wouldn’t have been able to move as quick. She always kept us in the loop and kept communication between us and the solicitors. Would recommend Minors and Brady! Hayley and Sam

Minors & Brady Norwich office handled the sale of my house & the service I received from them was second to none. I was impressed by the seamless integration of the team members handling each phase of the process. I must take my hat off to Rosie the Relationship Manager who navigated the ups & downs of the sale with professional aplomb, tact & charm, thank you Rosie. Honourable mentions must also go to Kris for his approachable professionalism, Kirsten for her welcoming attitude & Jack for his unbridled enthusiasm. I can only speak for my experience of the Norwich office but it strikes me that the company ethos of Minors & Brady is very much about teamwork & first class customer service & I would expect to find the same level of service at any of their branches. I would highly recommend Minors & Brady to anyone considering selling their house in Norfolk. Brendan E

We are hoping to find a property in Norwich. Minors and Brady were our first port of call. We were shown around two properties by Lewis, who was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain to us clearly what a bisected garden was which we had been puzzled about. He didn't rush us and was engaging with his local knowledge. We will definitely be using Minors and Brady again in our quest to find our new home.

I bought a house advertised by Minors & Brady recently. From the first viewing all the way through to completion it was a really smooth process. Great communication throughout. I especially appreciated Rosie's help in her role as Relationship Manager. She explained many things that were unclear to me as a first time buyer.

I have had an excellent experience with Minors and Brady and all of the staff involved with my house purchase. However I do need to particularly mention Rosie who regularly kept me informed regarding the progress of my purchase; she quickly and efficiently followed up on any queries, always in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Thank you very much you made the whole process much less stressful than I had anticipated.

We had a really positive experience selling our flat through Minors & Brady and everyone we worked with was really helpful and friendly. Rosie in particular did a fantastic job as the Relationship Manager helping us to come to a mutually agreeable time to hand over our keys after our delivery driver/ moving company fell through at the last minute. She even looked into options for us to find a replacement. Her help was greatly appreciated during a stressful time and in the end we had no issues with the move.

Would recommend, especially Rosie!

I sold my flat this year (2023) after putting it up for sale in 2022. Unfortunately my first sale fell through and the second sale that completed was for 15K less. However I don't blame Minors & Brady for this but more the first buyer and the current state of affairs with the world.Minors and Brady did me a great deal on selling my flat and were really good at communicating throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the pictures they took of my flat and was fairly happy with the amount of interest generated considering the circumstances. The best part of my experience with Minors and Brady was the after sales care from Rosie. She was really good at chasing and making sure things were moving along and was very pleasant to deal with.Overall I would recommend Minors and Brady and will keep them in mind for the future.
