She has been soo supportive and been there for us every step of the way, going back and beyond with communication for us and our buyers, helping to get our two properties sold and over the line as our purchase was delayed, cass was exceptional every step of the way !!!
Hi Patricia, Thanks so much for leaving Cass such a lovely review, she'll be over the moon when we show her what you've written. Congratulations on the sale of both properties. - The Minors & Brady Team

GoogleI had a very pleasant and relaxed viewing with Amber. Bright and friendly without being over the top. She also didn't try to drown me in the usual estate agent speak trying to convince me that the property was something it wasn't. Thank you for a good start to a long afternoon.

GoogleRosie Turley at Minors and Brady looked after the purchase and sale of my old home and new home. Making the process slick and sorting out any glitches we had along the way. She was a star

GoogleAmber at Minors and Brady is an excellent agent. She was very knowledgeable about the property, and made the experience of viewing a house with the intention to buy enjoyable and very helpful. Would recommend her as an agent if you are looking to buy.

GoogleRosie Turley! If I could give you 10 stars I would. Thank you seems inadequate but that's all I have. You have been an absolute star, and at times I have felt the passion from you to get this over the line as though it was your house, not ours. Cool, calm, thoroughly professional, and clearly very experienced at dealing with our frustration, supporting us through the process. One thing that stands out for me is your patience. I think, in the face of some of the challenges, I might have been a lot more animated … Minors and Brady have been great and I would have no problem in recommending them to any of my friends wanting to move. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start of the process to now with just a week to go. Ian

GoogleRosie has been an absolute star, she's more like a friend than 'the lady I've been dealing with' - she's listened to me basically stressing the whole time and hasn't complained once. I cannot recommend her enough!!

GoogleI'm very pleased with the professional and efficient service I received from Minors and Brady, from the excellent sales team to the highly competent and efficient Nagilla in the after sales department who helped me a great deal with her knowledgeable approach and pleasant demeanor. I would recommend Minors and Brady.

GoogleI would definitely NOT recommend Minors and Brady. We sold our property recently and have to say it was despite of M&B and certainly not because of them. We lead our own viewing we did our own negotiation and our own after sales!!...we recieved absolutely NO service from them just a VERY large bill!!! we used Stobart & Hurrell to sell a property last year, they were very professional very proactive & less commission so I will be going there next time.
Good morning Mrs Dyble, Thank you for your review, we are really sorry to hear you have not received the service you deserve. We understand though that you have unfortunately left this on the wrong branch, we can see from our system you have been dealing with our Caister-on-Sea branch. Nonetheless, customer service is incredibly important to us as you can see from the 2,500 reviews across our 5 branches and we would like to help resolve this with you. If you would like to discuss this further, please do get in contact with our Head of Operations, Adam via his email - adam@minorsandbrady.co.uk and he will be more than happy to help going forward. Thank you, the M&B team.

GoogleAmber showed me around a beautiful flat with plenty of potential. She was so friendly and approachable and made me feel as if we had been friends for ages, I would absolutely trust her to show me around any other properties. If her management is reading, she's a real asset to your team!!

GoogleGreat working with Rosie and team on our purchase of a property in Trowse. Rosie was effective in moving the sale along quickly, which was tricky at times due to a range of small hurdles that needed to be overcome. All in all a good service.

GoogleI have asked Minors and Brady to sell my property. All of the staff have been really helpful and the photos and brochure are of high standards. I’ve had really good communication with them since I first started the process. Excellent.

GoogleRosie was incredible, she was by our side the whole time during the sale and purchase of our new home, I’m not sure if it would have happened without her continuous help. We are now in our new home and can’t wait to be unpacked and settled. Thank you again!

GoogleRosie is a star...and her and the whole team, at Norwich, Kris, Joe Jack and Hugo, all deserve 5 of them!!. I had a really difficult time and they were so professional and excellent communicators at all times, I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone if you need a first class service.

GoogleA huge thank you to Lauren Newby at M&B for supporting me through a recent house purchase. She was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the transaction, providing timely and detailed updates! Would definitely recommend anyone to buy and sell with this company!

GoogleMinors and Brady have been exception, from the moment I contacted them to the moment of completion today. The customer support I have received has been outstanding. As a first time seller they really went above and beyond to navigate a very difficult sale, due to issues constantly being presented by the solicitors. Lauren Newby, in aftersales, was incredibly at dealing with everything thrown at us, remaining professional and highly committed throughout a crazy 5month negotiation. She was an absolute delight to deal with, always available, always positive, and supportive to the end. Lauren showed genuine care and commitment to getting the sale completed. I couldn’t have asked for more from the amazing team who dealt with my sale. Thank you!!! Thanks to Joe, Lee, Abi, Connie, and Kirsten who were involved at the start.
