GoogleAmber has been such a delight to view houses with, she has helped my partner and I to discover the best areas in Norwich and has helped us no end to decide what we really want in a property. We are first time buyers so this has taken the pressure off immensely and made the process enjoyable rather than stressful! Would thoroughly recommend Amber for any potential buyers looking to move around/to Norwich ☺️

GoogleThis agent were the agent of my sellers. But they were excellent at keeping the chain moving and making sure everyone was talking to who they should be talking to. Rosie in the Norwich office was our contact and she was great. I can certainly recommend and will use them myself in future.

GoogleMany thanks for Rosie of Minors & Brady for her help in selling my mums house. She kept me informed and outlined the procedures to follow, as I have not done this before, and prodded the solicitors when required. Many thanks Rosie.

GoogleJust exchanged on a house in the city and would like to thank Lauren N for being fantastic throughout the last few months. Her dedication to her job is nothing short of incredible. At times, we hit some stressful situations through no fault of her or Minors & Brady and Lauren N managed to smooth the waters and keep me in the loop throughout. Can't recommend this company enough and the aftercare is something to be admired. (Simon Caley)

GoogleMy partner and I have had a lovely experience with Amber, viewing properties in Norwich. She's been super informative, helpful, transparent and really friendly! As well as giving lots of information about the properties, she's imparted plenty of local knowledge and hasn't made us feel pressured, just informed and in good hands. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleWould like to thank Rosie in the After Sales team who did a fantastic job of keeping this sale / purchase going, especially when at times it felt like everything was against us! Can't praise Rosie highly enough. Minors & Brady should be very proud of her!

GoogleWe recently bought a property with M&B, the experience gave us full confidence to choose them to sell our own property. Professional, efficient and experienced team. Rosie provided a keen, personable service and kept us informed throughout. Overall a relatively stress free sale!

GoogleMinors and Brady did an excellent job from start to finish of appraisal and marketing. The photography in particular stood out for us. Lauren helped manage everything for us throughout our sale and to be honest I'm not sure it could have been smoother. Excellent all round. Thank you

They pushed to get the value we were looking for and Lauren Newby in the after sales department kept us up to date and was extremely professional and dedicated throughout, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to deal with. We would highly recommend!!

GoogleLauren was fantastic with aftersales for our purchase. Keeping us posted, every step of the way. Chasing when necessary. She was friendly and easy to deal with. When Lauren was on holiday, i dealt with others in the aftersales team, who were equally helpful. Highly recommend Minors Brady.

GoogleI recently completed a house purchase through Minors and Brady and was very impressed with the service throughout, from the viewing through to completion, and the nice touches they left such as the bottle of wine and the new home key (and trolley coin). We also felt very well looked after by Lauren Newby in aftersales, who was super helpful with keeping all parties informed and chasing up as appropriate to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible. Lauren's help and her bubbly personality definitely went a long way in providing reassurance during the process. Would definitely recommend Minors and Brady!

GoogleRecently sold my property through Minors and Brady, after a very negative experience with a major high street agent. Minors and Brady were really streets ahead. A really positive experience all round. Can’t fault the service. All staff are committed, professional and friendly. Special mention to Lauren Newby who dealt with a huge list of issues in her role as after sales. Also to Connor Robinson for his swift response in listing and marketing the property. Terrific job all round. I thoroughly recommend this company.

GoogleWould like to say a massive thank you to Rosie Turley at Minors and Brady for always being there through our sale and purchase. Such a pleasure to deal with her, always there to answer any queries, constantly chasing solicitors etc, so quick to respond to any questions and just for being very kind and reassuring throughout. Minors and Brady are so lucky to have her!!

GoogleA fantastic service from Rosie at Minors & Brady aftersales, although what appeared a simple transaction there had been many obstacles in the way which Rosie managed both myself and the buyer very well throughout. Thank you, we wouldn't have gotten through the sale without you. I look forward to doing further business with Minors & Brady.

GoogleRosie was absolutely brilliant. We were in a very difficult chain and she went above and beyond to keep us and everyone else updated. You could tell she was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I would go with Minors and Brady again purely for the fact that Rosie works there!
Hi Rosie, Many thanks for such a lovely review for our very own Rosie! - The M&B Team.

GoogleWe recently sold a property through minors and brady and what should have been a simple transaction took months to complete, as solicitors were so slow. We were fortunate enough to have Rosie fighting our corner, and without her 'dog with a bone' attitude, we would probably still be waiting to complete. She listened to us, she actually answers phone calls and emails (very refreshing in today's world), and kept us incredibly well informed at every step. I cant believe we actually got there in the end but Thankyou Rosie, you are just wonderful and we would highly recommend you . We will use minors and brady in the future.

GoogleOur after sales was handled by Rosie. She is efficient, on the ball, got things moving and kept us updated and informed of what was going on and required from our end. Lovely bubbly personality, a pleasure to speak to her. Felt very confident with Rosie and also the rest of the team who looked after us throughout.

GoogleI have recently bought a 3 acre piece of land advertised by Minors & Brady and cannot express their passion and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked with me and their client to get us both the best deal possible and to make correspondence between both parties both fast and without issues. Even after the purchase they continued to keep in touch and ensured I was happy with the proceedings. Rosie Turley went far beyond her required duty and answered my queries at all times of the day. 10/10
