TrustpilotEmily was fantastic
We are only at the viewing stage at the moment but I had such a positive experience being shown around one of the properties by one of the estate agents Emily. She was able to help me vision different things in the house and different ideas that could be taken forward and gave me time to view it carefully without feeling rushed. She was so friendly and chatty and overall made it such a positive experience.

Overall a very smooth experience. Helped me find a rental property. Sam Carpenter, who dealt with the after post let agreed process, was especially professional and helpful. I will hopefully get to use Minors and Brady next year when I buy a property in Norwich. Highly recommended!

Minors and Brady are ‘simply the best’!. The standout person for us was Rosie Turley from the Norwich branch who was there for us every step on the way - through the tough times as well as the good. Her professionalism and cool head was instrumental in our sale finalising. Her ability to keep cam when we definitely were not was so reassuring. She really is an asset to the organisation. With our warmest and sincere thanks for a job well done.Maire and Michael Gilhooly

TrustpilotExcellent service
Minors & Brady were superb in guiding myself and my partner through each stage of the letting process. Sam Carpenter was highly efficient and proactive in his communication and ensured a smooth journey for us as perspective tenants throughout. Sam was particularly impressive in sorting a minor technical issue for us on the Saturday before our move-in date. We are both very grateful for all the support from Minors & Brady.

Minors and Brady were as good as I hoped they'd be in letting my flat. Everyone I dealt with was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. When the initial tenant pulled out they called to let me know already with a plan in place to try and find someone else, which they did, quickly. Will definitely use again. Special mention to Beth who managed all the paperwork efficiently and with professionalism - and was lovely!
