TrustpilotMinors and Brady were as good as I…
Minors and Brady were as good as I hoped they'd be in letting my flat. Everyone I dealt with was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. When the initial tenant pulled out they called to let me know already with a plan in place to try and find someone else, which they did, quickly. Will definitely use again. Special mention to Beth who managed all the paperwork efficiently and with professionalism - and was lovely!

Emily is very professional, when we arrived at the house we purchased Emily was already there with the door open ready to met us. Emily gave us time to look around and ask any questions, she was knowledgeable about the property and happy to find out and answers that she may not know. Thanks Emily you are an asset to you company.

TrustpilotWhile this is a specific review for…
While this is a specific review for Kirsten Stimpson, who has been so patient, cheerful, kind and intelligent in taking pains to help me with the amendments and additions I was making to the detail on the very good marketing material Minors & Brady produced for me, I would also like to say here how good I have found them to be. Really excellent. Professional, courteous, completely switched on and effective. The presentation of their marketing - photographs and information and so on - is absolutely second to none. I also need to mention specifically Curtis, Charlie, Matthew, Connie and Dan, all of whom have been great. Charlie has managed the majority of the negotiations, and done a great job, Curtis did the valuation and was absolutely on the money there, Matthew and Connie have supported their colleagues, helped and advised me so well, and Dan has done an amazing job of being perfectly informed and up to date even though only taking on my sale on a one-off once a week occasion. Not only have all these people been so good personally, it is clear that they have a really sound team attitude - they have always made all communications smooth no matter who I last spoke to. They pass the ball. Thank you to all.

TrustpilotPROMTNESSTO CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS.
PROMTNESSTO CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS.Minors&Brady is a good company. The staff, though, they are in different and various sections of the company are up and doing. They are prompt to service, which I really appreciate. Will use this medium to say shout out to Elliott Stubbs, he was amazing and always ready to help in anyway he could. Thank you for not getting bored with my numerous questions ,and thank you for providing the answers when you could and for helping me out. Elliot only took me for the viewing, but each time I had a question to ask I always directed it to him, he would give answers, if he could and if he couldn't, he would say i will help you to find out or I have passesd your message to my colleague in that section, and they have promised to get in touch with you. Thank you Elliot for making getting an accommodation seamlessly easy.

TrustpilotProfessional Service
My purchase through the Norwich branch has been a positive experience especially, the efforts of Rosie Turley. From the purchase of the property when I dealt with Charlie Harkness, through to the friendly but professional and timely nudges from Rosie Turley of the after sales team. She ensured that everything run smoothly and we have completed today. Thanks very much for all your help. I will surely be doing business with you again soon.

TrustpilotViewings with Emily Bygrave
I have had 2 occasions now where Emily Bygrave has shown us around houses. She is definitely an asset to your company. Happy, positive, always happy to that little bit extra and has a good understanding of clients body language and reacts very well to that. She has been helpful indeed. As the major contact person with M&B, she sheds a good light on the company.
