Minors and Brady have been most helpful and encouraging towards us in our pursuit of a property. We would like to thank Kyle who took the initial enquiry. Special thanks go to Erica who showed us the property. We feel it was her encouragement and enthusiasm regarding the property that gave us the confidence to make an offer.

TrustpilotWe can’t thank the Minors & Brady team…
We can’t thank the Minors & Brady team enough for their business-like and professional approach to selling our propertyIn particular, we would like to thank Rosie Turley for all her help advice and for keeping us up-to-date, during what has been quite a stressful and anxious time for usShe has always been polite and courteous throughout the whole process until contracts, finally exchanged.

TrustpilotOver value to draw you in
This Agency sent me a letter saying my house was worth more than I had it on the market for. I asked them for a valuation visit and the so called valuer arrived looked around was very complimentary about the house and then put a figure on the house £20,000 less than it was on for!!! He also refused to negotiate on fees although he had the authority or so he claimed to do so . He was rude and treated us like fools. We have over 40 years of estate agency and mortgage experience and were treated like numbskulls. As an aside his aftershave was to powerful and it took us more than an hour to rid ourselves of his aroma. They are not customer friendly in the least and seem to send these letters out just to lure you into getting them to value your property. My advice as a former estate agent and mortgage broker is to put your house on the market with any other agent

TrustpilotCalm, clear, and professional - just what's needed
Bradley Stark at the Caister-On-Sea branch of Minors and Brady was great when we wanted to view, and then make an offer on a property they were selling. He was calm, clear and professional, arranging a viewing without any fuss, similarly handling the subsequent negotiations, setting out the the buying process and detailing the documents we would need to provide.A nicely fuss-free experience.

TrustpilotExcellent Viewing!
Emily provided us with an excellent viewing at one of the Minors and Brady properties last night. She was very professional and knowledgably on the property. She went out of her way to speak to neighbours about other features of the property and neighbouring areas. Would definitely recommend!

I had to come away from a not so good agent in Norwich because they were bad - i review many agents and decided to try Minors and brady and they have been amazing I am at the beginning of the first tenancy with them but so far and on full management they have done everything they have said thank you

TrustpilotGreat experience!
My experience so far with Minors & Brady have been excellent. From the valuation to the photos to the marketing to the viewing and selling, the process has been simple but informative and clear. Kirsten (Stimson), in particular, gave me the confidence to go ahead with selling when I was unsure if I could cope with the whole process. Matthew was also very clear about which steps I needed to take and how to take them once the house sold. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and efficient, a great experience in what could be quite a difficult one.

TrustpilotSuccess!
Working with Kirsten on marketing my property for sale was a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble. I wanted some editorial input on the written details and photos promoting my house and Kirsten stayed with me on the whole journey. We were working to a tight deadline and I was making a lot of changes. Kirsten never lost her sense of humour or professionalism throughout. We made the deadline and my house sold in 2 days. You can't argue with that! Thanks Kirsten!!

TrustpilotLooked at a period property yesterday
Looked at a period property yesterday. Lewis was 100%, the best person yet to show us round - he was clued up on details of the house and because of this level of detail, he pre-empted a number of our questions. He had obviously done his homework and retained the information he obtained from the owner. He was friendly and professional. A credit to your company .

Hi, just wanted to thank your consultant Hannah who represented Minors and Brady for our recent property viewing in Lowestoft, Norfolk. A town and country we are completely in the dark over, living and hoping to move here for our retirement. She was extremely knowledgeable and her bubbly friendly and professionalism was outstanding. Thanks again Hannah and although we haven’t found that perfect property we will undoubtedly bein touch when we are able to arrange another property search. Many thanks Ian and Karen Perry
