Lewis was a great host of the property we are looking to buy. We felt very comfortable that we were in professional hands. All the information was shared upfront and answered all our questions with enthusiasm and professionally. It was a very personable experience!

Hannah from the Lowestoft office has showed us round several properties now and everytime she is so welcoming and friendly. She’s made an effort to get to know us and our taste and we’ve had several laughs looking round properties.

Sam did a great job showing me around in the property I viewed. Even though he tried his best, unfortunately the house was not for us. Such a shame!

We used minors and brady lowestoft branch for the sale of our house. I have to say that they were brilliant. Dan the branch manager especially goes above and beyond to ensure things are going smoothly. We sold our house within a week of being on market but it was the after sales care in which we found to be spot on. The stress of solicitors can be a bit much however minors and brady made that experience 10 times better than when I tried to move before with a different estate agent. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

TrustpilotJames, an excellent, professional agent
I have just had a viewing for a house with James from the Wroxham branch. His friendly, professional manner and knowledge of the property were faultless. I particularly liked the way he guided me around the property, answering all of my questions and even occasionally adding information that I hadn’t even thought of. Throughout the viewing, I felt he was very supportive, understanding and not at all pushy like some agents I have met.

After a bad experience with another letting firm we enlisted Minors and Brady to look after our property.A tenant was found very swiftly and Beth Linton in the office was a pleasure to deal throughout the transaction.Highly recommended

TrustpilotMinors and Brady - Top Notch!
Minors and Brady are actually the seller's agent, but they have been extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process. Both Rosie and Emma have been 'A MAZE ING' as Craig Revell-Horwood would say and a mention too for Kirsten, my original point of contact at MB. I have to say, I love Rosie! Her zest, her knack for getting things done, her attention to detail and her commitment. Rosie's communication skills are great and her temperament, wow! If I needed a customer facing person for my business, I would relentlessly hunt Rosie down and poach her.

TrustpilotNew Tenants found for us
We had to remarket our flat as the previous tenant moved away. Minors and Brady organised everything, got a lot of viewings and found new renters in less than a month. The paperwork was completed in a timely fashion. They also provided EPC advice and found contractors. Luke, Beth and the team were great.

TrustpilotHIGHLY RECOMMEND
Beth Linton was the letting agent that assisted me with letting a beautiful home in Foxley. I was dealing with Beth from Australia and she was absolutely fantastic. Kept me informed throughout and made it all very easy for me. Brilliant customer service skills and went above and beyond. Kind regards Helena Mattavelli

Having an agent that could actually answer our queries and concerns was a Godsend. All too often we hear ‘I don’t know but I’ll find out for you’. Erica was polite, approachable, knowledgeable and a credit to her company. 5 stars for sure.
