TrustpilotBrilliant start to finish
Brilliant start to finish! A big thank you to the whole team, but particularly Rosie as she was constantly chasing all parties for us to help speed the process along. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Minors & Brady for anyone buying or selling their home, pleasure to deal with and when the times comes to sell again they'd be our first call! Thanks again

TrustpilotRosie at Minors & Brady
Rosie at Minors & Brady, Unthank Road was extremely helpful and kept us well informed of the progress of our purchase. We viewed a few houses with Minors & Brady and the lady who showed us round (sorry, I've forgotten her name) was patient, helpful and very pleasant.

TrustpilotBrilliant from start to finish
Had the pleasure of Minors and Brady selling my house for me. From the word go they have been helpful in every way, I put my house on the market expecting it to be on there a while and they managed to sell it within 4 days. incredible! Thank you to Rosie Turley as our after sale representative I can’t put into words how helpful she was from weekly calls to check upon us right through to pushing for completion at the end and even managed to push a completion through a week early! So thank you it really wasappreciated! Also just want to say thank you to dan overy he was our representative at the very early stages of our sale and without him we wouldn’t have sold the house. Anyone looking for a top estate agent I can’t recommend minors and Brady enough.

Elliot has been nothing but amazing through the process of me looking for a rental! From his first informative email to the phone calls, he has been on top of things! If he promised to give a call back, he did just that. Being from South Africa and moving across to another continent, Elliot has honestly been such a pleasure to deal with and so helpful.

TrustpilotA great estate agents
A great estate agents with a great one on one contact. They helped me sell my house quickly and it's now going through. Minors and Brady are hugely professional and trustworthy. A huge shout out to Lewis Hunt who took great care in learning about my property to be able to show prospective clients round and sell it to them on my behalf! Thank you!

The service we received was really good. If they said they would phone, they did. If you rang they knew your property and who you were. The personal care and attention was actually a real surprise and they were pleasure to deal with. Very professional and friendly throughout. Thankyou Lee Mortimer.

TrustpilotA very positive viewing experience
Lewis was the young man to show me round 2 properties today. He was friendly and competent, and although he didn't have all the answers promised to refer my questions to the appropriate colleague at M&B.

TrustpilotI'll take my hat off to Lewis!
I'll take my hat off to Lewis!Certainly not your average sales person, he shows a real passion for the job and he knows his stuff. We both found him extremely personable and love the fact that he allowed us to view the property at our own pace and gave us time to ask him questions. Definitely 5 stars.

Lee Mortier was brilliant from start to finish, as were Connie and Emily. Connie got us a viewing as soon as I called, which was the day the house was advertised. Emily gave us a tour of the home shortly after and Lee and Emily both helped us to negotiate with the seller for a successful accepted offer. It was a smooth and easy experience. I would love to say I will use Lee and the team at Minors and Brady again but I probably won't because I don't plan on ever leaving this beautiful home once I'm in :)

TrustpilotHannah, a breath of fresh air.
My wife viewed a property with Hannah, she was very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable about the property. The experience was very good and the property would have been perfect for us but for the size of the garden, which was too small for our needs. Well done Hannah and keep up the good work, you are a credit to the team at Minors & Brady.
