TrustpilotDedicated and Professional Estate Agents
I have had somewhat negative experiences of Estate Agents during the last few years - however Minors and Brady, came up trumps being Positive in their promotion of my property despite several false starts not their problem just people who were not sure what they wanted or looking for - Rosie Turley held it together as far as I was concerned being professional and positive I was tempted to withdraw my property several times but she persuaded me to hang in. I found that all of the staff were well trained and positive this in my opinion of good staff training. Thank all of you for your efforts. Tony Whit

Helpful, friendly estate agent who showed us around. We didn’t feel any pressure time wise on the viewing or in any sense to buy. The second viewing was welcomed. I had previously heard positive things about this estate agents and they definitely seem to be true.

TrustpilotCaitlin at Minors and Brady after sale did a fab job
Caitlin at Minors and Brady has been great! We recently purchased our house through Minors and Brady and their after sales team was so helpful. Caitlin went above and beyond to provide us with help, and was so kind throughout the whole process. The chain was a bit rocky at times and I genuinely think that it was thanks to Caitlin’s dedication and hard work that everything ran as smoothly as it did.

Being the first time we had sold a property, we had signed with another estate agent and had no action and only 2 viewings in the space of 12 weeks. We therefore signed with Minors and Brady and we’re extremely impressed by their work ethic, professionalism and communication. Once we had sold, Cassie in the after sales team was exceptional! She kept in contact all stages of the sale and made sure I was informed of everything. She was very friendly and professional at all times, and chased everything. Cassie made the whole process very easy and not stressful and is a genuine asset for the business. Thank you Minors and Brady and especially to Cassie for her dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism.
