I can’t fault Minors & Brady Lowestoft, their service and communication levels for our recent purchase were excellent. I can genuinely say I don’t normally have nice things to say about estate agents. However in this case they were excellent from start to finish. Cassandra Creak especially made the whole process a breeze. We never had to chase her for progress, she gave us regular updates and was always happy to help with any queries.

We found all the staff at Minors & Brady very helpful, pleasant and professional. We came up from London with just a four day window to view as many properties as possible. Penny pulled out all the stops to get us half a dozen confirmed viewings. We were met at the properties by Emily Bygrave who we found very knowledgeable and pleasant. We also were shown a couple of properties by a young man, unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he was also charming and professional. I would highly recommend this firm.

I am writing as a vendor who has recently instructed Minors and Brady Wroxham to sell our property. I cannot comment on the sales process since we have only been with them for 7 days. However the service we have received from Chris at the Wroxham branch has been excellent. He has a friendly yet professional and efficient approach to his work ensures that we have all the information and support that we need to market our property. He works with a great team and it would be unfair for me not to mention; the extremely talented photographer, Will; Laurel and Abi who both listen to our needs and have sent us timely and efficient correspondence; Dan and Adam, the videography team, who came last week and treated our house with the greatest respect whilst also being very interested in all the extra bits of information we passed on to them before making the video and the amiable and professional James, who showed a potential buyer around on Saturday. It was clear that he had done some research on our property and had read all the notes prior to meeting the potential buyers. He also wanted snippets of information about the house from us too. Everyone that I have met, spoken to or received emails from within the company has been happy in their work and provided a very comprehensive service. All that we can hope for now is that their hard work results in a sale. Thanks Chris for all your support so far. What a great team.

Dreadful from start to finish. Over price properties, tie you in for 20 weeks and they will ask you to reduce constantly. We had so many problems with the sales team and then with after sales. From area directors calling you to tell you what you had in writing from another manager won't be honoured as it hadn't been cleared with them, to cramming two viewings into a 30 minute slot and arriving 10 minutes late without a clue about the property they're showing potential buyers around. We sold for 12% under our asking price and to sell we had to reduce 3 times in 8 weeks. After we lost our second buyer we were asked to reduce again, three days later it sold. Clueless amateurs masquerading as estate agents. Don't fall for the fancy bright photos and slick marketing and use a proper estate agent who actually knows the market they're operating in

Her work was spot on and she really made the process so much easier for us especially hence we are first time buyers and have never experienced anything like this before.
