Moving is stressful! Moving as you are getting on in years is many times more stressful but our experience of using Minors and Brady has certainly helped comfort us through the process. We chose Minors, not because they gave us the highest valuation (because they didn't) but because our initial contact gave us confidence. In addition, the property that we were buying was for sale with them and we thought that it would help smooth the process. Our contact with the pre-sales people was of a friendly, high and professional quality with particular mention of Kyle, but it was in post sales that they really shone. Nagilla was our point of contact and throughout the transaction, she has kept us up to date and fully informed of the process and how it was progressing, often making up for the void that seemed to emanate from our solicitors. Contact has been when necessary and not just for the sake of it. In the early part of the process, we looked forward to our Friday afternoon catch up. As the transaction progressed, calls and e-mails were as and when needed to answer questions, and ensure all answers were given and received in a timely fashion from both a seller and buyer perspective. Thank you Nagilla (you are a Superstar!) and Minors and Brady for your support throughout. From the outset we were impressed with…

From the outset we were impressed with the forward thinking approach to selling our home. Once a sale was agreed, we were kept informed by Abi Mackintosh of all progress and there was a smooth transition to the after care team. the sale is currently going through and hopefully we will be in by Christmas! Our only criticism was the pressure by one sales negotiator to reduce the price of our property. We had already reduced by £25k and after only a week of the reduced price, were advised to drop again from £500k to £475k. We were not in a hurry to sell and had made this clear from the outset. I am pleased to say that we managed to achieve £515k! I found the regular phone calls regarding us reducing a little off putting but glad we stood our ground and did not drop any further. We were firm with the sale negotiator and this worked. Overall a really good service so far

Horrendously disappointed

Horrendously disappointed, If I could give no stars I would. Minors and Brady are a team of young aspiring individuals which are all around my age bracket, and some of whom I know. I came across a property by accident that happened to be everything I wanted for my first investment. I was very clear to explain my circumstances and also ask the owner of the property, theirs. Turned out they were not in a hurry which was the security I needed to move forwards with an offer. I was so excited when my offer had been accepted and thought it was just a waiting game for the legalities to be processed.I happened to run passed the property 2 weeks ago and noticed the for sale board was finally updated to sold.Today, I had a call after 2 months of no contact, and answered to a lady who casually advised me the apartment was sold as of 2 WEEKS AGO to someone else.She advised the property owner was in a rush to sell and they’ve had her on the phone everyday? I was told she was in no rush and her new property was not ready until January.No one has contacted me for 2 months to tell me this, let alone someone has offered or PURCHASED the property, despite my offer being accepted and also 2 WEEKS LATE.I was advised I can take an email and put it in writing for them, which I swiftly declined and advised Lee can call and speak to me., In which it was like speaking to a child. He took no responsibility, and said there was nothing he can do followed by continuing to gas light me into this being my fault for not explaining I am in a position to purchase the property outright, but at no point was I under the impression that there was any urgency. Dan from the lowestoft branch, (Lee’s cousin, because they’re all friends and related to each other, how Norfolk and unprofessional) has unfortunately had the wonderful experience of my wrath. He so far has take much more accountability despite it being nothing to do with the Lowestoft Branch.. however they still have a chance of making commission as they have my property up for sale.. so that’s more likely to be the reason why. I am going to be escalating my complaint with the assistance of my solicitor but I thought I would come on here to direct potential customers somewhere else. Just a group of young boys trying their hand in the property game. I had high hopes for them, but absolutely AWFUL service.What makes me laugh, is the most is under a certain persons name on ‘meet the team’ it quotes:‘He is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensures regular communication with each client’ Fabulous! 🤣

*** AVOID AVOID AVOID *** If I could give a NO star review I would. Right from the beginning, literally, there has been mistake after mistake after mistake. There is never any feedback & communication from them to us was zero; unless to confirm a viewing. Now I have pulled the plug, the manager, Dan, is trying his bullying tactics & threatening all sorts. He can try all he likes but he'll get bored before I do!! If, after all the errors that they've made, they expect to get a penny out of us, then they really are living in cuckoo land. I'd rather give the money to a charity. I gave them a chance & they failed MISERABLY on SEVEN separate occasions. Think SERIOUSLY before using this agent - there are so many better ones out there but we decided to give the underdogs the chance first. Sadly for them, it hasn't worked out but at least I now know that whoever gets our money, they'll have earnt it error free.
