GoogleDidn't have a great experience with Minors & Brady's until we got to the Aftersales team and thankfully we had Cass working for us, it was going to take alot to get 5* after being disappointed in the first half but we were really well looked after, constant updates, never got frustrated even when we were calling twice a day at one point. Brilliant throughout and a credit to Minors and Brady's, thankyou.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI viewed a property in Buxton, and was shown round by Emily Bygraves, one of the property consultants with Minors and Brady's Wroxham office. The last time I moved was over 13 years ago, so I was understandably a little out of my 'comfort zone'. However, I needn't have worried as Emily was both friendly and professional, she obviously new about the property she was showing me around, and was happy to answer any questions I had, or refer to the owner if she was unsure. All in all, a first class experience, thank you!

GoogleI am London based at the moment but I started my search for rental of a house in Norwich two days ago and contacted several local agents and I was not impressed with their standard of service and attention to my needs until I discovered Minors & Brady Estate & Lettings. They were responsive and attentive to my requirements immediately. I managed to book the house that I considered most suitable and the process was easy and flawless. The appointment was in the morning and by early afternoon, I secured the place. My gratitude to Dan Lee who was prompt and very helpful with all the necessary information provided which made the experience very easy.

GoogleJust exchanged our contracts, the after sales service provided by Claire Wilson was excellent and certainly helped get a complicated sale over the line. We were kept informed about the sales chain at all times and Claire built relationships with all parties, meaning that issues were quickly resolved. GoogleAs someone new to letting I found Minors and Brady really helpful. They gave great advice on how to prepare my property and good guidance on price point. They clearly know the market and secured a high number or viewings and a high percentage of those viewers wanting to proceed, which gave my plenty of choice. Sam was terrific in dealing with all the logistics and admin that needed to be completed once I had chosen my tennants and very helpful with all my questions. Great service. Thank you.

GoogleFrom our very first viewing to completion of our sale, Minors & Brady have been great. Brilliant service with friendly staff. Gina dealt with us throughout the purchase process and was fab to deal with. Communication was good, whilst often we couldn't get through on the phone straight away however she always returned calls in a timely manner and was extremely prompt at responding to emails. We had some difficulty with communication from solicitors on both sides however Gina was excellent at liaising with all parties and she was always polite and professional to deal with, keeping us constantly updated on the position of our sale. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Minors & Brady and would particularly like to thank Gina for her patience and great service throughout. She was a pleasure to work with. Jasmine & Alex Weight.
