TrustpilotMoving home
Very happy with the service we received, always kept us updated and had plenty of viewings. Always friendly and helpful on the telephone. I would point out that I felt the initial valuation was too high, therefore wasted a few months, although having seid that, I understand that they obviously want to get the best price for you. I am not mentioning anyone by name because everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly and I would have no hesitation recommending Minors and Brady to any of my friends and family.

TrustpilotFive star estate agent
My recent house sale has been a long process but the one constant throughout this was the professional help and guidance given to me by Rosie Turley. She has been outstanding and has gone above and beyond to see this house sale completed. Nothing has been to much trouble and she is a credit to Minors and Brady and because of her I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent to friends and family. Thank you so much Rosie.

TrustpilotFaultless customer service
The aftersales team were fantastic at keeping the whole chain informed of the current position from offer acceptance to completion. Nagilla in particular was phenomenal in how she handled the process during some difficult and stressful times, handling solicitors, developers and customers amazingly. She was polite throughout and went the extra mile doing work beyond what's expected to make sure we all got to complete on our dream homes. She's an asset to the team and working with her was an absolute pleasure.

TrustpilotExcellent local Estate Agents
Bought a property in Norwich using Minors and Brady. We chose them over another agent as they are a local business. Rosie Turley was the agent that we have been dealing with and she has been excellent and skilled at navigating what turned out to be a tricky and long process. Great customer care. Always friendly and approachable even when things were getting frustrating.Thank goodness we used a local firm. We felt our needs were met at all times and communication between buyer and seller was great.
