I think it's fair to say that our recent house purchase took a lot longer than we had expected, mainly due to the person at the top of the chain seemingly being indecisive about exchange dates. However, Caitlin at Minors and Brady didn't fail to harry, chase and cajole throughout the process to try and get information and keep us informed. She went above and beyond her remit in order to make the sale happen as quickly as possible, for which we are very grateful. Great job Caitlin!

Minors and Brady Caister have been so helpful, they helped us with all our viewings and always called us the next day to see how we got on with the viewing and when we found the house that we loved and put an offer in they helped us with it straight away. We have had Melanie for our viewings and she has been helpful and tired to answer all the questions that we have had.

TrustpilotWe had a really positive experience…
We had a really positive experience selling via Minors and Brady, from the valuation, to the photos ( which were really quick and looked amazing! Almost made us fall in love with our house all over again and not want to move ! ) to the keeping us up to date with viewings and negotiations on our behalf all the way through to sale and the excellent post sale where we were truly looked after by Nagilla. Our onward purchase was moving slower than expected and Nagilla took away all of the stress of chasing solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the onward chain. Absolutely incredible service and a credit to the business.

TrustpilotNagilla was fantastic...
Throughout the process Minors & Brady have been professional, informative and extremely helpful. From arranging viewings to pushing for exchange. Most of our dealings were with Nagilla who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Everything was communicated to us as and when was necessary. Nagilla was always willing to help and was great at chasing up the rest of the chain for updates and answers to enquiries. Without her I don't think we would have exchanged when we did. Thank you, Nagilla!
