GoogleI’m something of a loss with Mile. I spoke to Kyle on Thursday and we agreed an appointment for him to do a valuation of our 3 bed semi detached house situated in the neighbouring area. At the end of the call I asked him to email me confirmation for the appointment, no email received. On the day of the appointment, I tried calling the office ahead of the appointment to confirm - no answer. I bet you can guess where this is going....I arrived at the property for the appointment and waited 40mins, Kyle never turned up! No confirmation email, not answering customer calls, not turning up to the appointment - is this how you treat customers? Totally unacceptable and very inconsiderate of other people’s time!! A bit of advice to other vendors looking for a reliable professional agent - DO NOT GO WITH MILE!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused; as per our recent communications a human paired with technical error lead to both yourself and Kyle not receiving the relevant confirmation emails or diary bookings. A extremely rare mistake but one we apologise and have apologised explicitly for. We received no voicemails however to our office following calls. It is a shame that the aforementioned comments are so disparaging not having used our services. We have contacted you to make amends though respect your intentions to maintain the stance taken. GoogleAlex was our agent for the sale of our colindale property. We had been with 3 other local agents who were rude and abnoxious, and failed to sell our property. Alex was honest from the start, advising us of a realistic price we could sell our apartment for. Alex called me weekly with updates and worked tirelessly to secure us a buyer. As with any home sale, there were hiccups which Alex dealt with amazingly. Towards the end of the process Alex would even give us daily updates. Whenever I rung Alex, if he wasn’t available he would give me a call back as soon as he was free. We had issues with our solicitors, with managing agents, and through this whole process Alex was always honest! We really felt like Alex had our back from the get go. I would highly recommend Mile estates. You’re not going to find another genuine local estate agent. My only regret is that we didn’t go with Mile Estates first!

GoogleNormally I don’t write reviews but I really must commend the service I received from this agency. As a first time renter, I didn’t really know what I was doing. I was fortunate to come across a lovely little studio flat in Swiss Cottage with bills included being rented by Mile Estates so I quickly made an appointment. Michael Conneely was the letting agent who I dealt with and he was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. He was always at the other end of the phone and answered all of my many queries before, during and after the viewing and made the entire process as smooth as possible! For a truly professional service, I highly recommend getting in touch with Michael.

They are honest (rare for estate agents), responsive, helpful. Particularly Kyle in sales and Sylvana in Lettings.
