GoogleSoroush was an amazing agent from start to finish. I sold my house from abroad and rented it out all the time living abroad. He was a wonderful communicator and went out of his way to make the process of selling from abroad seamless. I highly recommend the personalized service that all the Mile staff have provided over the 13 years I used their services. A very personal and hardworking team. Highly recommend.

GoogleSoroush and the team at Mile Estates were a breath of fresh air in a world where buying your first home is exceptionally stressful and unknown territory. We found that the majority of estate agents knew less than we did when viewing a property for the first time. Soroush and the team knew everything about the properties that they sold us, including the owners, their lifestyle, the area and everything that would be suited to us. Soroush and the team were flexible, responsive and had both the buyers and sellers best interests at heart. GoogleFANTASTIC - read on!! Soroush recently helped complete the sale of my flat in Kensal Rise. He was professional, friendly, experienced, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. Soroush has extensive local knowledge and I believe we benefited greatly from his market experience. From marketing to accepting an offer, and throughout the conveyancing process (read: a lot of back and forth with solicitors on both sides) Soroush worked EXTREMELY hard to maintain a smooth process and perform over and above what would have been expected in assisting the progress of the sale. Without his support we would not have been able to achieve our desired completion date. I can't recommend him highly enough as a sales agent. As well as this, the rest of the team at Mile Estate Kensal Rise have been friendly each time I visited the office. A very big thank you to Soroush. Look no further for your sales agent, you've found him :)

GoogleUnbelievable dedication and care - We have just moved in to our first home with the endless help of Soroush and his team at Mile Estates. We had some extremely bad luck along the process but Soroush was genuinely amazing, sticking with us and driving the sale on behalf of us and our seller. He took such care with some delicate situations and had everyone's back when it came to the tough stuff. Could not have asked for more.

GoogleInitially was interested in a different property which was no longer on the market but Zack helpfully introduced me to a different similar property in the area which I loved. Process was very smooth and I was kept in the loop the entire time with keys in hand within 3 weeks of first expressing interest. Thanks to Zack, Raniya and Soroush for your help!

He was excellent, personal and really kept in contact with us through the process which we really appreciated. It was clear he was always on top of things and keeping us in the loop with the rest of the property chain. Great customer service, and communication.

GoogleSo unprofessional. I called Mile estate agents about a property no less than five times before I could arrange a visit. Got to the flat and waited around for the agent to arrive. There was no show, so I called them only to be told they had cancelled the appointment. They then proceeded to tell me they had sent an email late last night which I had not received. The public are trusting this agent to sell their property and they clearly can't keep up. What a shame, maybe that explains why that flat has been on the market for a considerable time.

GoogleSoroush at Mile Estates was brilliant. He sold our shared ownership flat that had several issues regarding EWS1 certification. The process took so long, but Soroush handled all parties extremely well from beginning to end. It always felt like you were talking to a human being! We would recommend selling through Mile Estates!

GoogleWe rented with Miles Estates from 2024 to 2026 and honestly had such an amazing experience. They really supported us with our first rented property in London and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. Louise deserves a special mention, her customer service is genuinely outstanding. She’s always been so responsive, kind and helpful, and just really easy to deal with. It makes such a difference having someone like that on the other end. We were also lucky to have a really lovely landlord, which made everything run even more smoothly. Overall, we’re leaving with nothing but positive things to say and would 100% recommend Miles Estates. Thank you again for everything!!
