Soroush and the team at Mile Estates were a breath of fresh air in a world where buying your first home is exceptionally stressful and unknown territory. We found that the majority of estate agents knew less than we did when viewing a property for the first time. Soroush and the team knew everything about the properties that they sold us, including the owners, their lifestyle, the area and everything that would be suited to us. Soroush and the team were flexible, responsive and had both the buyers and sellers best interests at heart. So unprofessional. I called Mile estate agents about a property no less than five times before I could arrange a visit. Got to the flat and waited around for the agent to arrive. There was no show, so I called them only to be told they had cancelled the appointment. They then proceeded to tell me they had sent an email late last night which I had not received. The public are trusting this agent to sell their property and they clearly can't keep up. What a shame, maybe that explains why that flat has been on the market for a considerable time.

FANTASTIC - read on!! Soroush recently helped complete the sale of my flat in Kensal Rise. He was professional, friendly, experienced, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. Soroush has extensive local knowledge and I believe we benefited greatly from his market experience. From marketing to accepting an offer, and throughout the conveyancing process (read: a lot of back and forth with solicitors on both sides) Soroush worked EXTREMELY hard to maintain a smooth process and perform over and above what would have been expected in assisting the progress of the sale. Without his support we would not have been able to achieve our desired completion date. I can't recommend him highly enough as a sales agent. As well as this, the rest of the team at Mile Estate Kensal Rise have been friendly each time I visited the office. A very big thank you to Soroush. Unbelievable dedication and care - We have just moved in to our first home with the endless help of Soroush and his team at Mile Estates. We rented with Miles Estates from 2024 to 2026 and honestly had such an amazing experience. They really supported us with our first rented property in London and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. Louise deserves a special mention, her customer service is genuinely outstanding. She’s always been so responsive, kind and helpful, and just really easy to deal with. It makes such a difference having someone like that on the other end. We were also lucky to have a really lovely landlord, which made everything run even more smoothly.
