I have both bought a property and leased one out through Kay and his team at Mile, as well as dealing with other agents in the area. What stands out is their ability to deliver. Kay has a pragmatic and proactive approach to getting the job done and he and the whole team are actually a pleasure to deal with, unlike the typical estate agent stereotype! Delivering the best possible deal from the market, doing it quickly and adding value through a strong network of local tradesmen, Mile are the best agents in Kensal Rise.

We recently sold our flat in Kensal Rise through Kay at Mile Estates. Their valuation was higher than all of the other agents and managed to achieve asking price incredibly quickly. Was a pleasure to deal with Kay and his team. Always available to talk and helped move things along swiftly for exchange and completion. Would thoroughly recommend and use them again.

We have been trying to sell our home for a while now, and had used a number of different agents during the process, Mile Estates have consistently bought in potential buyers over the 12 months and manage to sell our home within a year. I am very much please with Kay and Kyle as they have always maintained transparency in the process and always did their best to keep eveyone upto date up to the last day.
