GoogleIs it because you didn't like the look of my fact, that when I came got a viewing you didn't even bother going through the front door with me to show me around. Treat customers like people, not numbers. A joke of a agent. We made a offer to buy and then find out the agent has taken a backhander from another buyer and gone with a lower offer not in the clients interest! I would avoid these crooks!

GoogleI bought my flat through Mile. I dealt with Kyle who was hugely professional, totally dispelling the estate agent stereotype! Kyle was responsive and supportive during what was sometimes a challenging process.

GoogleWe absolutely loved working with Kay trying to find a rental place. Sadly we did not end up renting off of Mile but received nothing but great service all the way along. Kay was extremely honest and personable (treated us like people rather than just customers). Would definitely choose to work with them next time we are finding a place to live! Thanks guys.

GoogleI've really tried to be patient with Mile Estates. But it's been eight weeks since I've moved in and I've had so many issues crop up. They messed up furniture measurements three times and delivered stools that were higher than the table. Three times. They say they have contractors but will take over a week for an issue to be looked at and you will have to keep chasing them (i.e. I've had a blocked toilet and a very poor flush this entire time). I simply don't feel valued at all - I've never come across such bad service in all five other spaces I've rented in London (granted, the others were mostly private landlords - but I didn't have to pay them a £400 signing fee either and issues were resolved much quicker). Perhaps they're currently short-staffed or that agents chase new customers for commission purposes with the nature of their job, but I'd recommend not rushing into a contract with them.

I've had a lot of experience with letting agents in London over the last few months so when you come across a really first class service, it shines even more than it should. All pictures and prices presented online were accurate, contact was always prompt and polite. Krupa was the agent who showed me around and helped me from viewing to moving in and she made things as easy and painless as possible. Despite a few obstacles, she managed to resolve everything quickly and with great ease. A huge asset to the company and just great overall. Everything so far has been great, no nasty surprises after i've moved in and the landlord seems keen on doing all he can for his tenants. Overall a 5 star experience

In an era when estate agents often don't get a good name Mile are a revelation. They are helpful, honest and know their stuff without any of the nonsense that we've experienced elsewhere. Kyle and Kay were great and we wouldn't hesitate to use them in future.

We have used Mile as managing agents for rented property for several years and have always found all of the team helpful and efficient in all aspects of their role - finding new tenants, re-letting, general management, liaison with the tenants, trouble-shooting and generally doing the best for their client. In particular, in a currently difficult letting market, they have worked very hard to get a stream of potential tenants in to view and succeeded in letting the property with just a two week void.

Once again the service was excellent and we dealt with Kay, Kyle and Krupa at different times. They are incredibly polite, very communicative. It is refreshing to deal with a proper local agent who knows the area. The staff have been there a long time which is always a good sign. They achieved a fast result with the sale of the house. I would highly recommend the services of Mile Estates to anyone I know.

I can't recommend Kay and Kyle highly enough, they are professional, very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a rocky ride but they managed to keep the whole thing together for us and we eventually completed. If we could give 6 starts for over all rating we would.
