GoogleBeyond dreadful experience with Mile, Kensal Rise. Rented an expensive house through them and their service at the end was appalling. If I could rate with zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs!

GoogleKyle is just a great and brilliant estate agent. We are very thankful to him and his team. We just bought our flat thanks to him. He is such a good professional, trustable and hard worker. At the same time he is very nice, friendly, polite and educated. He always found quick responses to all our questions and queries, making the process smooth and easy. In our experience, Mile... is far better than most of the estate agencies we have contacted.

GoogleI just bought my property through Mile Estates and could not recommend Kyle and the team more. Honest, no nonsense estate agent who made the whole process smooth and transparent. Great communication and they are still being so helpful with questions I have a month after I have moved in. Could not recommend more highly.

GoogleMile were outstanding at selling our house. In their approach and professionalism they totally trumped the other estate agents in the area that we spoke to. Their local knowledge was invaluable and their advice was spot on. They priced our house accurately, they were enthusiastic and positive throughout - despite the Brexit uncertainty - and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. They sold our house within weeks and the communication throughout was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Kyle at Mile Estate agents to anyone - he was a pleasure to deal with and got the job done!

Google5 Star, Kyle and his team were simply superb at drilling down into the right sale strategy, execution and then delivery. We couldn't be more thrilled, especially in a damp market. GoogleI had a very positive experience purchasing my flat through Mile Estates with special thanks to Kyle and Kay who were responsive, courteous and professional throughout the whole process. They even let me store my mattress at their office when there was a mix up with the delivery! I would not hesitate to instruct them in future.

GoogleI cannot recommend them highly enough. Kyle has been brilliant. I've experienced many estate agents over the years - and Kyle is the only one to bring a sense of humanity to the process. He cares about the journey you are on, knowing it is a stressful process, and does all he can to make it as smooth as possible. He connects the right people up, and spends time creating relationships so he can match the right vendors and purchasers together. You cannot beat that knowledge of the community and the local area. Definitely the best estate agent we've had!

GoogleWe spoke to about 12 estate agents in Kensal Rise and Queens Park and decided on Mile after a thorough investigation of our options. We had dealt with Kay previously when we were buying and although we didn't buy through Mile we remembered them principally because of their excellent staff. Kay and Kyle are very approachable, friendly, and have excellent knowledge. Kyle has done an excellent job managing our sale, his communications have always been prompt and clear, and the advice he has offered has made our sale go through with a minimum of stress. We are delighted to have used Mile Estates and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hard working reputable estate agency.
