GoogleWe bought our Kensal Green flat in 2012 via Mile and then we sold with them in 2023. In both cases they were excellent and we felt very looked after. Kyle ran our sale and was a great source of advice throughout, including a cumbersome leasehold conveyancing process. Highly recommended.

GoogleMy landlord used this agency for our lease/contract and when the landlord broke that contract in multiple ways Mile Estates were silent and the issues needlessly dragged on. I've bought a property now and will not be using them in the future.

We did not register your deposit nor have any control over it. It’s a shame you decided to take your frustrations out on us, where this is an issue of the property owners making. GoogleI call this agency to ask if they have any properties to rent and I would like to view if is possible....very unprofessional person answer the phone seems like he wasn't in mood to answer question. After 1 minutes conversation he told me that he can meet that and that time I said I couldn't today because of work try to arrange another day he told me if not properties will be not available he do not have time to show next time then he puy the phone down before I even answer .... After while the same day I received email that I shuldent be contacted this agency again. Very rude, very unprofessional,very arrogant this kind of people shuldent be working in properties agency if they don't have enough skills to professionally communicate with clients. For shure I will never use this agency again .

GoogleI switched to Mile to find tenants for my 2 bed mews house because they are a small independent estate agents who I hoped would give me a more personal service. I was delighted. They were quick and efficient, and found me exactly the right tenants at a good rent. Charlie Ruff and Soroush Nezamabad were friendly and eased my anxieties and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

GoogleHaving booked a visit for Saturday assuming I was the first to view. I was shocked that I wasnt informed by Michael that i could view it sooner? As a result we missed out on the property we really wanted. Not a great experience.

GoogleRung out to the team this morning, I’ve been asked to leave a voice mail so I did. Tried my luck calling later in the afternoon, I’ve been informed the property is gone, which I fine, the market obviously moves fast, but the tone of the agent and the way he held a conversation 20 seconds short on the phone was absolutely horrendous. “The flat is gone, nothing else available, so bye” For someone to work in customer service I find it unacceptable. Not the way to make money. Two stars because I feel bad leaving just one. Cheers.
