Lee Barry at Michael Graham was absolutely great in helping us find our new house. It was a pleasure to view properties with him as he was easy to chat to and doesn’t do any kind of hard sell, as he believes that if a house is right for you it will sell itself. We built up a really good relationship, to the extent that when we nearly bought a different property through another agent (which subsequently fell through, luckily, in hindsight), I regretted that we wouldn’t be buying a house through Lee, as I would have preferred that. In any case though, we ended up doing exactly that with a much better property and so we are very pleased. We have also viewed a couple of houses with Luke Jackson, who has also been great and involved along the way, and Graham has also done our vendors meetings for selling our property. Everyone at Michael Graham has been a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them as they are a cut above the rest.

We recently purchased our property from Michael Graham estate agents, Aylesbury. Lee Barry and Luke Jackson were our primary contact who dealt with it from start to end. Lee was the agent who made me have my first viewing of the property, as I was new to the area he was so kind enough to take me around to show the town center from the place of the property and briefly gave me an insight of the area around the property. The team was amazing in their job, when we had questions Luke/Lee would give us all the required feedback and answers to our queries promptly and even if there was delays they were quite honest, practical and explained us so well that it never kept us in the edge waiting for answers. I have just bought a property through Michael Graham’s, Aylesbury branch, and they were very good, in particular Lee Barry at the branch was excellent. All staff that I dealt with were extremely professional. The information that they supplied was accurate, well presented and provided in a timely manner. The follow-up & progressing the chain of sale was particularly good. Over the years I have learnt that you get what you pay for with Estate Agents and Michael Graham although not the cheapest are worth every penny! I dealt with Phil and Gavin when putting our house on the market and then Caroline throughout our sale. All of them were completely transparent, prompt in their responses and really drove things through to the very last detail. Our chain wasn’t simple but they did everything they could to keep everyone up to speed and to make things happen when it looked like things would fall through. On top of that they are genuinely decent people and made what can be a stressful experience almost bareable. I’m never moving again but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to use them!

Phil was honest, diligent and progressed our purchase whenever possible. Before using Michael Graham we had agreed a purchase in principle with another Hitchin agent, this agent allowed the house we had apparently bought to be viewed by another couple and we were later gazumped. I had it on authority from our new neighbours that once our offer had been accepted on our now home, they had asked Phil to view it and he said that it had been sold and was no longer on the market.
