GoogleMichael Graham have been fabulous with our house sale. From the first meeting we felt that we would be dealing with a professional team and we were not disappointed. Great communication throughout the entire process and when our first buyer pulled out there was no 'game playing' as most estate agents do but honesty and transparency which we really appreciated. Would absolutely use them again.

GoogleI worked with Alex during purchase of our new place in Milton Keynes. It was very nice experience working with Michael Graham in general and Alex in particular. They are thorough professionals who kept up to the pace despite of all the hurdles during our sales process. Alex was also instrumental in organizing a number of parties including lawyers etc to get the sales completed as efficiently as possible. GoogleHaving had several atrocious experiences with high street estate agents in the past when selling investment properties, we swore we would never use one again. Our vendors had used Michael Graham in Towcester and the agent, Ben who sold us our house, I can honestly say is a refreshing change to the often realised stereotype estate agent. He always acted professionally and with integrity going above and beyond what was required. Considering that we were not even clients of Michael Graham, we felt that we received a wonderful, attentive and polite service, and we would consider using them in the future, which is a statement we thought we'd never make about a high street estate again.

GoogleI am wary of Estate Agents as I have had bad experiences however Gareth restored my faith! He listens to his customers and goes out of his way to help. He is highly professional, respectful, caring and sympathetic to the trials and tribulations of anyone buying or selling a house. GoogleWe recently purchased our home through Michael Graham in Towcester. Before we chose this house Ben showed us around a few properties on with this agent. He was really friendly and professional- we were very impressed. Gareth showed us around the property we ended up buying and again, he was very professional. The chain ended up being quite complex and stressful - we really felt Gareth kept it together and kept things moving. His communication was excellent, he communed with us much more than our own estate agents. Should we sell in the future we would 100% be using Michael Graham based on our recent experiences, they were excellent in all areas from viewings/putting offers in right through to completion!
