GoogleWe were very pleased with the service provided by the Newport Pagnell Office of Michael Graham. We were in quite a long chain and there were numerous hurdles to overcome but the staff, particularly Olly, always kept us in the loop and were very helpful and pleasant. We would certainly recommend them.

GoogleFabulous service as always from Simon, I used Michael Graham 5 years ago when I started looking to buy in the area, 5 years on and now living in Newport I am looking to upsize and In my mind the only person I would trust to handle this for me would be Simon. Some would say I could go with an agent who would give me a reduced fee but why would I be willing to put my biggest most valuable asset with someone I’m just not sure about to save a couple of thousand.... answer “ I wouldn’t “ thank you Simon it’s been a pleasure dealing with you again.

We were just initially enquiring regarding property affordability for our daughter, and Simon Gates dealt with us very professionally explaining all avenues clearly and thoroughly. GoogleI cannot recommend Simon at Michael Graham in Newport Pagnell enough. He guided us through our sale, keeping us informed at all times, whilst acting with the highest level of professionalism throughout. Although they weren’t the cheapest agent on the market they certainly earn’t their fee and negotiated us a better price than we expected ! Worth every penny. Outstanding.

I spoke to Sharon several times who was always helpful and efficient and we met Olly Tice on our viewings who proved to be very helpful, courteous, patient and professional which continued throughout the purchase process resulting in the successful completion of our new home. Many thanks to all at the Newport Pagnell branch of Michael Graham for all their good work which sadly was in contrast to the service we received from the Michael Graham Northampton branch but that is a different story. Well done and we would happily use Newport Pagnell branch if we should ever want to move again and would not hesitate to Recomend the Newport Pagnell Branch of Michael Graham and Olly Tice.

I was in the market for my house and they got me exactly what i was looking for with an excellent and first class customer experience. GoogleFollowing quotes from numerous Agents we decided to go with Michael Graham as we felt the price was correct and the other agents had undervalued andto confirm that we had the house sold at full asking price on the first viewing we later had some issues below us in the chain which resulted in the sale falling through but after a while it was all back on track. The service we received was excellent thought the whole process with regular updates. The photographer was a professional and you could tell by the quality of the pictures they definately stood out from the rest. I will always recommend Michael Graham from now on as they are head and shoulders above the rest for service.

GoogleThe team at Michael Graham were always extremely courteous and professional throughout the sale of my mum’s property. Simon Gates had an excellent knowledge of the local market, and his valuation was spot on as within 2 weeks Mum had received an offer of the full asking price. She thought it would take a long time to sell, as it needed a lot of work and money to be spent on it so she was very pleased, (though the photographs made it look so wonderful we could hardly recognise it!) Magda dealt with the sale. She always kept me informed of everything that was going on, and was a great help later through a sticky patch. All in all we were very happy with our choice of estate agents. Thank you Simon, Magda and Olly!
