GoogleI called to enquire about a 3 bedrooms property to rent from this agency and the only requirement was no children and no pet. Despite meeting these requirements and answering some questions, I was then told the landlord only want one single person to rent all of the 3 bedrooms or a couple and for this I was denied a viewing. This was not mentioned on their website. This was just pure discrimination because it does not make sense for one person to rent a 3 bedrooms house.

GoogleNot only was my wife dissatisfied by your service but also insulted twice by your sales man . She made an email enquiry regarding a £500k house and was told unless we had sold ours the vendors would not accept a viewing ! My wife reply was we have sold ours ..there was no attempt to call us or enquiry from your side until a week later in which she explained and not for the first time as she spoke to a Stephanie via email with interest into a property in emerson Valley offering the asking price which she repeated on Wednesday 23rd Sept 2020 at 7.30pm at night ! She offered £450k and he told her she needed to wait until her viewing appointment on Sunday 27th sept 2020 . She was then called today on 26th sept and told that it was cancelled due to the original buyers being accepted on an offer after all !!. She was told no offers until Sunday and it would be put into a bidding war and to offer the most I can afford as it will sell for over the asking price as lots of interest ... how is that right .I Shall be reporting to the FCA as this is totally wrong .NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI originally posted a review around a slow response time, comparatively to other estate agents in the area. However it's apparent they take their reviews and feedback seriously. They've been nothing but helpful. (Posting as someone whom is viewing Michael Graham properties on offer) they keep us regularly updated on the houses we viewed and also share with us new properties in our range.

GoogleHaving initially trialled an alternate agent who let us down, we contracted with Michael Graham Estates who did a professional job and kept their promises (without over-promising). Viewing were arranged and generally conducted well even in difficult circumstances. The team were quick to respond to queries. We had a minor concern during the final stages but not enough to warrant anything but 5 stars. Would recommend v other agents we had experience of.

GoogleWe used Michael Graham (Estate Agents) in the sale of our property. We looked at a number of Estate Agents before deciding to use Michael Graham. They were very professional and highly experienced in the property market but also had a very down to earth approach. As the sale took place during lockdown they were very understanding and carried out the service strictly within the covid rules. The price they advised us on for the sale was spot on and we achieved that price. They kept us informed at all times so we were kept up to date. We bought a new house which was being built and thanks to Michael Graham we completed the sale and purchase smoothly within the time scale required. In summary , we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Michael Graham as a very good Estate Agent providing a top class service. " Simply the Best".

GoogleWhen selling your house you really want two things from your estate agents, good communication and the ability sell your home for the best price. Michael Graham gave us both of these when they appointed Michael Conlon to look after the sale. He was professional, always on the end of the phone to give updates when we needed and when we had an initial offer he (unknown to us at the time) negotiated the price up to get us the best possible value for our house. I would absolutely recommend him, Michael Graham and use them in the future.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe recently moved from London, looking to relocate into the country. After undertaking research online we found a number of beautiful looking properties in the Michael Graham portfolio. Booking viewings on the online portal was a doddle and was always followed up with a phone call to confirm arrangements. In total we saw 4 properties and in each property was presented expertly by clearly knowledgeable and passionate agents, all adhering to the Covid safety protocols. We had our heart set on a beautiful cottage and from accepted offer to exchange and completion we can't speak highly enough of Ben Charsley, who was knowledgeable about the local area during the 2 house viewings (we need to be able to commute to London and didn't know the local area at all) The home sold itself to us in the end and we were delighted to now be moved in. The exchange and completion was unfortunately delayed due to issues with the buyer's solicitor on our London flat but every step of the way Ben was a calming influence using excellent communication skills either via telephone or email. Ben was a pleasure to work with and is a credit to Michael Graham, a company we definitely would recommend and look to use in the future - unlikely we are ever going to move again however. GoogleWe put our house on the market with Michael Graham (MG) nearly a year ago now. We had the pleasure of meeting the Branch Director Richard who came to value the house and agree the terms. He was very friendly. Our subsequent viewings were managed by both Ander and Ben who kept both Ian and informed along the way. Again both professional and friendly and ensured we got what we wanted for our property. There were a couple of occasions where when I called the office to follow up viewings for feedback that I didn’t get a call back or maybe the message had not been passed on, but this was not often. Just something to consider. We did accept several offers in the time our house was on the market for, however because we had not found anywhere we had a few pull out and MG were quick to re-list our property. We finally were in a position where we had sold and found somewhere and I can honestly say that Ben was super informative. He kept me posted on progress right through from January to May and even the people who bought from us commented on his service to me as I don’t think they had such a great experience with the agent they used. I hope Ben gets recognised for his efforts and I wish him well in the future. Thanks again Michael Graham in Towcester!!PositiveQuality, Professionalism
