FacebookDarren is The Best Estate Agent in Knebworth!! he sold our house in a week to the second person that viewed it, the marketing was spot on and a cut above the local competition, I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better agent, we were kept in the loop constantly. and I appreciated the "will do whatever it takes" attitude to get the sale over the line in the current covid disruptions, Nothing was too much trouble. Very pleasant experience from his entire team.If you want to sell your house then give Darren a call!!

Would recommend Darren and his team, during what was at sometimes a stressful purchase (no fault of Mather Marshall) Darren did everything in his power to elevate the stress and accommodated us whenever we asked. Would definitely use him in the future if the opportunity arose

GoogleDarren and his team were fantastic from start to finish. After struggling to sell with another agent, I asked Darren to take the property. Without hesitation he took the property on his books and thanks to his amazing social media advertising we were finally getting viewings booked in left, right and centre. Once a sale was agreed Darren worked tirelessly up until and after completion. A simple chain free sale had hit some snags along the way and took longer than we expected but Darren always remained professional and was able to provide 5 star service throughout helping us achieve our sale. I would very highly recommend anyone to Darren and his team if you are selling or buying a property you will not be disappointed.

GoogleWe purchased our first buy 2 let property from Matha Marshell and they helped us to let it and then managed it for us. When our first tenant decided to leave after 2 years with short notice, we had some issues, but MM were on the ball. All their sound professional advice given two years prior kicked in. They are very fair, good negotiators and with you every step of the way to advise and support. The management reports are very informative and clear, with pictures and a traffic light system to help with landlord and tenant priorities. Credit where credit is due, we want to say a BIG thank you to Janine and her team, we really couldn't have done it as well without you all! GoogleDo not put yourself through renting with Mather Marshall Stevenage. Having rented for around 6 years Mather Marshall of Stevenage have been by far the worst. The staff are unable to communicate amongst themselves. They also fail to reply to emails especially when you are challenging them. Pushing water uphill is easier than trying to get a response out of them. We moved into a property which is meant to be managed by this company and it had several repairs outstanding which took 3 months to address and required chasing several times. This was the start of months of issues with repairs not being completed within a timely manner despite reporting and chasing several times. At the end of the tenancy they thought they had the right to enter the property whenever they liked to the point that they were outside of the property trying to do a viewing but did not confirm this with us. Not even worthy of the 1 star rating..

GoogleBarry has done a fantastic job with our sale and worked tirelessly for 6 months to help get our sale and purchase over the line. They were always there when we needed an update or a chat (whilst presumably having a lot of other chains to deal with as well!) After a very stressful 6 months we are finally there. I would recommend Mather Marshall to anybody. Their unfaltering effort and support was a massive help. I don't think the sale (and our purchase) would have gone through if it wasn't for the proactive way in which they managed the chain The focus and drive to get this over the line cannot be questioned. A massive thank you to all of the team involved!!
