GoogleDO NOT USE MATHER MARSHALL - Paul is rude and unprofessional, considering he takes a huge chunk of your money. He doesn't care about people just money. He was defensive, dismissive and downright rude. There are better estate agents out there - DO NOT USE HIM , ID RATHER DEAL WITH A RAT

We note that you have posted a negative review about Mather Marshall. However, your interaction with Mather Marshall does not concern a service provided but relates to a complaint about a tenant that recently occupied a flat close to where you reside. We have looked into your complaint; however, we cannot discuss information about clients with third parties as detailed. To our knowledge, the residence has not infringed their tenancy agreement or the Housing Act 2004. As such, Mather Marshall would not have any legal reason to act regarding your complaint. If you still wish to make a complaint i would ask you follow the procedure detailed by the property ombudsman and which is detailed on our website and this complaint will be reviewed formally.

GoogleYour sales agent Danielle wasvery helpful, courteous, well mannered professional. She certainly is an asset to your Estate Agency in Stevenage. Unfortunately properties I vowed wit her weren’t right for my son, but nevertheless she had all the time for us & made our viewing experience pleasurable.

Mather Marshall kept in constant contact during the process of buying a house from one of their clients, and made the process easy to understand. Despite some hardship (unrelated to their service), they still managed to get our purchase across the line and we're now first-time home owners.
